Studies on content of amino acids, phospolipid, Ca and P in different parts of pilose antler of sika deer and red deer

Abstract: In this paper, the content of amino acids, phospolipid Ca and P were determined in different parts of the pilose antler of sika deer and red deer. The results showed that there is a wealth of amino acids including 7 kinds of essential amino acids in different parts of the pilose antler of sika deer and red deer. Total amino acids, essental amino acids and phosphilipid increased and Ca and P decreased from bottom to top of pilose antler.
