TL;DR: The results demonstrated the ability of the model to predict Bitcoin prices accurately while passing all model validation tests.
Abstract: This paper presents a Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP)-based Non-Linear Autoregressive with Exogeneous Inputs (NARX) Bitcoin price forecasting model using the opening, closing, minimum and maximum past prices together with Moving Average (MA) technical indicators. As there were many parameter combinations to be tested, a Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO)-based method was used to optimize the number of hidden units, input lag and output lag of the NARX model. The results demonstrated the ability of the model to predict Bitcoin prices accurately while passing all model validation tests

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigate students' acceptance of e-learning in university using modified TAM model consisting of six constructs namely instructor characteristics, computer self-efficacy, course design, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and intention to use.
Abstract: E-learning is regarded as a mandatory teaching and learning approach in higher education worldwide. Despite its importance and popularity, several issues on its use and effectiveness still remain. Universities are facing problems oflow e-learning usage among students and even academic staffs. This study investigate students’ acceptance of e-learning in university using modified TAM model consists of six constructs namely instructor characteristics, computer self-efficacy, course design, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and intention to use. Data were collected with 95 undergraduate students at Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC), Johor. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data. Results shown that computer self-efficacyhas significantly effects ease of use, while perceived ease of use significantly affectsintention to use e-learning.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the relationship between HALAL awareness, marketing and religiosity that are postulated to influence customers' intention to purchase HALAL certified consumer products and found that religiosity is the most influential factors in motivating customers' to purchase Halal certified products.
Abstract: The purpose of this study isto investigate the relationship between HALAL awareness, marketing and religiosity that are postulated to influence customers’ intention to purchase HALAL certified consumer products. Customers’ who visited SABASUN Hypermarket Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Terengganu were selected as respondents. Questionnaires were used as the research instrument. The findings revealed there are positive relationship between the HALAL awareness and religiosity toward customers’ intention to purchase HALAL certified consumer products. The results also demonstrated that religiosity is the most influential factors in motivating customers’ to purchase HALAL certified products. For future study should consider demographic background as a moderating factor the can regulate the effect on factors influencing customers’ intention to purchase Halal certified consumer products.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented a study of neutrosophic shortest path with interval valued neutrosphic number on a network and gave the shortest path length using ranking function from source node to destination node.
Abstract: This paper presents a study of neutrosophic shortest path with interval valued neutrosophic number on a network. A proposed algorithm also gives the shortest path length using ranking function from source node to destination node. Here each arc length is assigned to interval valued neutrosophic number. Finally, a numerical example has been provided for illustrating the proposed approach

TL;DR: In the fast changing world, organizational leadership becomes more important and it is considered as a critical success factor as mentioned in this paper, and not only top-level managers need to show their capabilities, but all managers at all levels of the organization also feel the need to cooperate with others to achieve the desired results.
Abstract: In the fast changing world, organizational leadership becomes more important and it is considered as a critical success factor. In this regard, not only top-level managers need to show their capabilities, but all managers at all levels of the organization also feel the need to cooperate with others to achieve the desired results. Regardless of their job, they should know how to influence others, provoke them into working and also they must take responsibility for outcomes. Transformational leadership refers to leaders who seek to create ideas and new perspectives to create a new path of growth and prosperity in front of the organization. By developing commitment, passion and loyalty among managers and staff, they mobilize organization’s members to make fundamental changes in fundaments and basis of the organization in order to be prepared and to gain necessary capabilities for moving in new directions and reaching higher ideal performance peaks. Transformational leader is inspiring and creative and leads people in a way that they try more than their abilities in the organization and also invent and innovate in their work area. Scholars and theorists believe that transformational leadership management is more effective than pragmatic leadership. Transformational leaders make their employees realize the value of what they do.
