Abstract: Law of Promoting Civilian-run Education ill be put into practice on 2003-09-01 and Rules for Social Force-run Schoolsill be ended up with it. It is very good for the practice of that law to profoundly understand the basic principle of that law, including the equality position of education principle, promotion principle, public benefit principle; especially to understand that giving the investor reasonable repayment and maintaining the public interest of civilian-run education do not contradict each other.

Abstract: The author of Collection of Anecdotes was not Xiao Qi, but was Wang Jia. In that book there exists the thought content that explores the rules' dissolution and shamelessness and reflects the ideal life man sought; yet exists absurd and superstitious color. With regard to its art style, it is successful in portraying characters and setting of atmosphere, especially in the graceful and charming language. It preserves a lot of folk songs, proverbs, poems, thus it has quite high art and enjoyable value.

Abstract: In history,Han national people of Central Plains had moved southward many times thus formed a special nation clan who had special living mode and stubborn living force-Hakka.At present,such people distribute in over 200 counties and cities of 17 provinces and regions of China;abroad,they distribute all over the world.The total number of Hakkas is about one hundred million.The names,population,distributed conditions,national clan features,traditional culture are all closely linked with that of Henan Province in history relation,region relation and blood relation respect and more and more are noted and studied by many students both at home and abroad.
