TL;DR: This paper first summarizes and classifies the comprehensive evaluation (CE) methods in different fields, and analyses the principles, virtues, shortages and their application fields of each method.
Abstract: This paper first summarizes and classifies the comprehensive evaluation (CE) methods in different fields, and analyses the principles, virtues, shortages and their application fields of each method. It explores the newly research development of CE methods. There are three major problems in existing methods: The first is the non_consistency about the evaluation conclusion when using different CE methods; the second is the lacking of special treatment in practice; the third is the disjoint between theory researches and practical applications. Based on this, the paper puts forward the new idea that the combined evaluation based on methods integration is to set up an I~3DSS that supports the consistent evaluations.

TL;DR: In this article, two goal programming models based on the concept of deviation degree under the situations where the attribute values are linguistic variables and uncertain linguistic variables respectively were established, and the attribute weights can be obtained.
Abstract: In this paper,we study the multiple attribute decision making problems,in which the information about attribute weights is partly known and the attribute values take the form of linguistic variables or uncertain linguistic variables, and the decision maker has preferences on alternatives. We introduce the operation laws of linguistic variables and uncertain linguistic variables and a formula of possibility degree for the comparison between uncertain linguistic variables, and then define the concept of deviation degree between linguistic variables. We establish two goal programming models based on the concept of deviation degree under the situations where the attribute values are linguistic variables and uncertain linguistic variables respectively.By solving these two models, the attribute weights can be obtained. After that, when the attribute values are linguistic variables,we utilize the linguistic weighted averaging(LWA) operator to aggregate the given linguistic decision information, and then rank the alternatives and select the most desirable one(s);when the attribute values are uncertain linguistic variables,we utilize the uncertain linguistic weighted averaging(ULWA) operator to aggregate the given uncertain linguistic decision information and utilize the formula of possibility degree to construct a possibility degree matrix(or called complementary judgement matrix),and then utilize the priority formula of complementary judgement matrix to rank the alternatives and to select the most desirable one(s).Finally,an illustrative example is also given.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the impact of fairness concerns on supply chain contracts coordination and concluded that the retailer's behavior of fairness concern will not change the state of supply chain coordination.
Abstract: This paper investigates the impact on supply chain contracts coordination induced by the behavior of fairness concerns. It discussed how the retailer's behavior of fairness concerns influences the coordination of supply chain, including the wholesale-price contract, the buyback contract and the revenue-sharing contract. Finally,a general conclusion is proved, that is,the retailer's behavior of fairness concerns will not change the state of supply chain coordination.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed a China energy-economic-environmental policy model based on a dynamic CGE model, designed a carbon tax scenario, a cap-and-trade scenario and a policy mix scenario, and simulated the economic and mitigation effects under different scenarios.
Abstract: This paper developed a China energy-economic-environmental policy model based on a dynamic CGE model, designed a carbon tax scenario,a cap-and-trade scenario and a policy mix scenario, and simulated the economic and mitigation effects under different scenarios. The results show that only carbon tax policy cannot realize the 2020 mitigation target. Only cap-and-trade will cause high mitigation costs and tremendous mitigation pressure to regulated sectors. Combination of cap-and-trade with a low carbon tax can realize the2020 mitigation target with modest mitigation costs and mitigation pressures for regulated sectors. Meanwhile, the dispersed emitter will also bear mitigation commitments at a certain extent. The results of this paper suggest a mixed policy combining cap-and-trade with a low carbon tax as the first choice for carbon mitigation policy in China.

TL;DR: In this article, a three-stage game model by considering products' green degree and government subsidies was established to evaluate the effects of the variation of different factors on the decision-making of governments and companies.
Abstract: This paper establishes a three-stage game model by considering products' green degree and government subsidies. The first stage is that the government determines the subsidies coefficient;the second stage is that manufacturers with various green strategies in supply chains determine their own products' green degree; The third stage is that manufacturers in supply chains determine their own products' prices.Further,a numerical case is presented to test the effects of the variation of different factors. The results provide insights into the decision-making of governments and companies.
