Abstract: The pattern drawing machine is the key equipment used in the processing of resin sand moldingAiming at the low accuracy and efficiency of curent pattern drawing machines,a hydraulic system and a electrical control mode which adopted electro-hydraulic proportional synchro-drive control were designed,combined with working principle and technological featureThen the control software was intrduced which based on Siemens S7-300 PLC system and Borland C++ BuiderFinally,practical application on the proposed system was doneThe practical application results show that the proposed system could obtain preferable accuracy,dyuamic and synohronous drawing accuracy with double cylinders is less than 2 mm,steady and synchronous driving accuracy is less than 01 mm,and the system works stability,so as to meet the technological requirement

Abstract: Industrial robots have a lot of advantages such as high efficiency,stable and reliable,good repeatability and adapting to operate in high-risk environment. They will play important roles in traditional manufacturing industries,especially the labor-intensive industries. The development background and origin of industrial robots were reviewed and the present main production enterprises of industrial robot main bodies and its core parts were introduced. The recent developments of some industrial robot key technologies were summarized about the robot mechanical structure,perception system,driving system,operating system and step-by-step teaching. Some newer industrial robots and their applications were given such as shipbuilding welding robot using a PDA teach pendant,dual arm assembly robot,double function robot for assembly / disassembly,mobile industrial robot,polishing robot and sewing robot,etc.

Abstract: Aiming at improving the stability and real-time characteristics of welding control system,a hardware control system based on digital signal processor(DSP) was designed.The μC/OS-II embedded real-time kernel was applied in the control system software design,and it was transplanted to TMS320LF2407A.According to the system structure and functional requirements of the control system,welding application tasks were created and intertask communications were designed.Experiment results prove that this control system has high reliability.

Abstract: Aiming at the latest development of the sensor,microprocessor and wireless communication technology,in order to intensive study the key technology of wireless sensor networks,the domestic and overseas research status of wireless sensor networks was analyzed on the basis of introducing the development history of the wireless sensor networks as well as system architecture.And the application of wireless sensor networks was disscussed in following fields,military,medical treatment and public health,environmental monitoring,smart home and so on.And the hot issues of the wireless sensor networks were also elaborated.The results indicate that the wireless sensor networks have been developing toward low cost,low energy consumption,intellectualization which has a certain reference value for carrying out relevant research.

Abstract: The intelligent manufacturing equipment(IME)is an integration of the advanced manufacturing technology,the information technology and the artificial intelligence technology. It is the next-generation manufacturing equipment,which is considered to be efficient,high-quality,energy-saving,environment friendly,safe and reliable. A state-of-the-art review on the IME both in and abroad the country was given,the essence and the development emphasis of the IME were discussed. The results show that the German"Industry4.0"and the American industrial internet equipment is the future developing direction of the IME.
