TL;DR: In this paper, a new calculating formula on the bending angles of sheet metal was obtained, which involves in the energy (laser power, absorption, scanning velocity, laser spot diameter), geometric (sheet thickness) and material parameters (thermal expansion coefficient, heat specific, density, thermal conductivity,Youngs modulus, yield strength).
Abstract: A new calculating formula on the bending angles of sheet metal was obtained. The formula involves in the energy (laser power, absorption, scanning velocity, laser spot diameter),geometric (sheet thickness) and material parameters (thermal expansion coefficient, heat specific, density, thermal conductivity,Youngs modulus, yield strength). The formula was tested by experiments. The experimental results show that hte precision of the formula is higher than that of the other formulae. And the minimal energy density that makes the sheet metal be deformed can be forecasted conveniently by the formula. It is helpful to the choice of process parameters,so it has higher engineering value.

TL;DR: The results show that the PhaseCut method can obtain better reconstruction results than the traditional method which is based on binary masks, and the recovered phase distributions are loaded to the optical reconstruction system based on liquid crystal on silicon(LCOS).
Abstract: The classical iterative phase retrieval method has the disadvantages of poor anti-noise performance, and can not converge to the global optimal solution. The optimization of phase retrieval technology via PhaseCut(PC)transforms the phase retrieval problem into quadratic constrained convex programming problem, and gets the global optimal solution up to global phase. Some more structured and less random ternary masks and octonary masks are used to code the signal of interest to acquire diffraction patterns which can recover the missing phase information by solving PhaseCut.Simulations are firstly performed to test the one dimensional complex signal and compare the success rates of reconstruction using different masks.Secondly, the reconstruction results of two dimensional molecular images are compared for different masks. The results show that the method can obtain better reconstruction results than the traditional method which is based on binary masks. Moreover, the recovered phase distributions are loaded to the optical reconstruction system based on liquid crystal on silicon(LCOS).The diffraction pattern of real experiment proves the effectiveness of the proposed method.

TL;DR: In this paper, a least squares method based on radius constraint is proposed to solve the problem of low precision in the 3D measurement of the workpiece in shape of arc with structured light vision sensor, feature data of the structured light arc is inadequate compared with the whole circle.
Abstract: In the process of 3-D measurement of the workpiece in shape of arc with structured light vision sensor, feature data of the structured light arc is inadequate compared with the whole circle, which results in the location of the circle centre being of low precision.Least-squares method based on radius constraint is proposed in the paper to solve the problem.Influence of the noise in sample data the on the locating of circle centre is analyzed in detail, and simulated experiments are implemented. Results of experiments show that under the circumstances that feature data of the structured light arc is inadequate compared with the whole circle, the method proposed above can improve the accuracy of circle fitting efficiently.

TL;DR: A 3-component (3-C) fiber-optic accelerometer suitable for well logging is presented in this paper, which can accomplish the 3-C measurement by multiplexing three unidirectional sensing elements, in which every one is based on a push-pull mass-spring structure.
Abstract: A 3-component(3-C) fiber-optic accelerometer suitable for well logging is presentedThe accelerometer can accomplish the 3-C measurement by multiplexing three unidirectional sensing elements,in which every one is based on a push-pull mass-spring structureExperimental results show good linearity, consistency and stabilityThe suitable measurement frequency range of the system is between 10 Hz and 800 HzThe difference between on-axis sensitivity and cross-sensitivity is 32 dB re rad/g,and minimum detectable level is 393 μg/Hz~(1/2)
