Abstract: Strategies and methods of air combat decision-making are analyzed in this paper,such as differential game,influence diagram,expert system,neural netw ork,genetic algorithms and rolling horizon control method. Centered on air combat advantage function and decision modeling,the methods in fighter air combat decision-making are expounded and the advantages and disadvantages are exemplified. The development tendency of fighter air combat decision-making is predicted based on the analysis of typical methods of air combat decision-making.

Abstract: In this paper,occupant evacuation time requirement was obtain based on the "Code for design of metro","NFPA130" and performance-based fire engineering design.Occupant evacuation time from a station platform was evaluated by code and by software simulation.Calculations by different codes and by different simulation softwares were compared.The safety of the performance-based design was verified,the margin of safety about the station stairs and escalators was analyzed quantitatively,and the necessity of the availability of the escalators in an emergency was proved.The conclusions of this paper can be references for other subway platform performance-based fire engineering analysis and design.

Abstract: Aiming at the w eight degeneracy phenomena in fundamental particle filter algorithm,the particle filtering algorithm improving the important samples based on generalized regression neural netw ork( GRNN) was presented. This algorithm optimizes the samples from importance density function by GRNN. The samples of particle filter are selected as the neural netw ork input and the observed values as the neural netw ork target vector. The smooth factors are optimized to approach the target vector through multiple trainings,and the samples and the corresponding surrounding adjusted values are regarded as the input of the neural netw ork after training. The best optimized values are used to replace the sample indicated by the output vector indicator of neural netw ork. The samples are adjusted through GRNN so as to be closer to the posterior probability density. Simulation results show that the GRNN-based particle filter algorithm,superior to the fundamental algorithm,can increase the effective particle number,reduce the mean square error,and improve the accuracy of the filtering performance. It is proved that thisGRNN is available and effective in the particle filter algorithm.

Abstract: Based on a Kriging model and genetic algorithm,the structural optimization of a centrifugal impeller is studied in order to reduce the weight of an airplane. Obtained from Latin square experimental design and finite element analysis,the initial data is used to establish a Kriging parameters model of the weight and the maximum stress of the centrifugal impeller,which is then global optimized by genetic algorithm. The state parameters of the approximate optimum point are calculated with finite element analysis in order to update the existing sample data and to improve the approximate accuracy of the model. The results show that compared with direct searching with genetic algorithm,the combination of a Kriging model and genetic algorithm can get a good optimization result and reduce the computing time significantly. This method also has an efficiency advantage over the polynomial model and genetic algorithm.
