Abstract: Realistic 3D terrain is the foundation of a virtual scene and its rendering speed and quality are the key to the construction of virtual scene.By building a correspondence between Midpoint Displacement value and the height of terrain to create the data array of the Digital Elevation Model,the system was used to draw the 3D mesh terrain based on Visual Studio 2008,c# +and XNA.In the rendering process various ecological phenomena of different altitude zones can be simulated with this method.It turns out that this method can be used to generate infinite realistic terrain and can easily be applied to virtual reality system based on the PC platform.

Abstract: The ANSYS Parametric Design language(APDL) is used to establish a finite element model for a simple dual-rotor system and to calculate the critical speeds and normal mode of the inner rotor and those of the outer with the QR damped method or the synchronous response method.The results of the first three critical speeds of the dual-rotor system obtained by the QR damped method are in good agreement with those by synchronous response method,and the relative errors are both less than 1%.Results show that both methods of calculating the critical speeds of a dual-rotor system satisfy the requirement of accuracy.

Abstract: By interpolating and fitting the single-dimensional temperature field with single-dimensional linear interpolation method,we provide a simplified and feasible plan for the problem of blade vibration analysis using FEM under the temperature load.To verify the linear fitting plan by FEM,we applied several confirmation methods-checking the computation results and making error analyses on the partition interpolation of single-dimensional steady state temperature field,and obtained a finite element analysis computational method for the problem of blade vibration under the single-dimensional steady state temperature field.

Abstract: The article discusses the principle of particle system and analyzes the result of fire simulation created and set by predefined and custom ways based on the research of particle system.It presents the method of simulating Vega fire by programming with Visual C++ 6.0,the effect of fire simulation based on particle system in Vega,and the API interface provided by Vega in Visual C++6.0 environment.The results show that particle system is an effective method in simulating fire effect.The interactive real-time control of fire simulation result can be more efficient by means of Vega API function programming in virtual scene.

Abstract: This paper studies the effects of heat treatment crafts on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the GH625 alloy.The reasonable process parameters are determined through the engineer testing of using different heating temperatures,strain speeds and amounts of deformity.They are as follows: the distortion temperature range is 1100℃~1140℃,the range of deformity amount 20%~50%,and the ultimate strain about 10%.The reasonable heat treatment system is: when the melting temperature range is 990℃~1030℃,the soaking time for solid solution treatment is 60 minutes,with air-cooling or water-cooling;at the temperature of 990℃,the soaking time should be lengthened suitably and 6~8 levels of crystal grain organizations will be obtained.Compared with the air-cooled organization,water-quenched one is evener and the crystal grain is finer.

Abstract: This paper introduces a Conditional Random Fields(CRF)based method for term extraction in Traditional Chinese Medical(TCM).This method,taking the field term extraction as an issue of sequence marking,quantitates the characters of field term distribution as the training characters,leverages the CRF toolkit to generate a field term model and uses the model for field term extraction.With Classified Medical Records of Distinguished Physicians as its test materials,the experiment results in 83.11% precision rate,81.04% recall rate,and 82.06% F-measure.

Abstract: By analyzing the faults of traditional warehouse management system and advantages of WSN and RFID technologies,a new intelligent warehouse management system based on these two technologies is proposed.This paper describes the architecture and hardware design of the system,and the operating process of the main modules in detail.The system based on WSN and RFID technologies is proved to be effective in realizing the intelligent management of warehouse.

Abstract: In the course of processing,there will be the residual stress with non-uniform plastic deformation of the material.The residual stress will have effect on the fatigue strength,the corrosion resistance,the size stability,changes,and hardness.Enhancing the superficial plastic deformation resisting force and reducing the effective surface tensile stress will suppress the germination and expansion of the fatigue cracking and enhance the fatigue strength.This article mainly studies the structural steel and the stainless steel,testing surface residual stress by the X-ray diffraction principle.The best test parameter is determined by using the stress analyzer after analyzing the result-affecting technical,material and geometric factors.

Abstract: This paper introduces the design of a capacitive grain moisture meter to realize rapid measurement of grain moisture.The measurement circuit of capacitance is designed in the light of the principle of grain moisture meter.The correspondence between the parameters of grain moisture measurement(moisture,temperature and compaction)is analyzed through calibration and error analysis.The experiments have shown that the precision and accuracy of the measurement of grain moisture by the capacitive grain moisture meter conforms to the state standards.

Abstract: As a natural human-computer interactive device in virtual reality system,the data glove can transfer the gesture of human hand real-timely to virtual hand in the virtual environment.This allows users interact with the virtual world more effectively and naturally.This paper presents the COM interactive interface of a data glove for XNA achieved by packaging system functions of 5DT SDK in VC++.NET platform to solve the problem that XNA is difficult to interact with pointer interface.With skinned mesh technology in XNA,the skin cracks of the traditional virtual hand are eliminated.The real-time interaction between virtual hand and the data glove in XNA is achieved by following the kinematic characteristics of hand.Experiment shows that this virtual hand module could respond to the movement of human hand real-timely and realistically.

Abstract: To analyze the feasibility of closed plasma used on the stealth aircraft,this paper presents a novel concept and corresponding closed plasma thickness.The absorption effect of closed plasma on X band is researched in detail by using WKB method,and the closed plasma thickness needed to produce the considerable stealth effect is obtained.This paper investigates absorbing characteristics of the different plasma electron density distributions,which is demonstrated to be a linear relationship between absorption effect and the plasma thickness by numerical computation examples.Meanwhile,theoretical analysis indicates that the phenomenon is correct.The results show that closed plasma with a certain thickness can achieve considerable stealth effect for some given wave.

Abstract: The extraction of terms has a significant impact on the precision of domain-specific word segmentation.Based on the combination of statistics and rules,this paper proposes a method of term extraction for a certain specific.The 5-best results are achieved with Conditional Random Fields first,then the term extraction is performed with rules and scoring mechanism,finally the extracted data are post-processed with rules.Compared to the term extraction of 1-best output based on Conditional Random Fields,this method can effectively improve the recall rate of the out-of-vocabulary terms.

Abstract: The paper introuduces a license plate location algorithm with an adaptive threshold based on an improved texture characteristics for precise location.The feature of character segmentation lies in the projection threshold which is able to change according to different images.Finally BP neural network is used to identify each character.Experimental results show that the method can achieve accurate license plate recognition.

Abstract: An annular twin-branch S-shaped duct is an important component connecting fan and HP compressor in a turbo-fan engine.This paper introduces the numerical investigation of the flow field of a twin-branch S-shaped duct under different inlet conditions with finite volume method.Two different turbulence models-standard k-e model and Reynolds stress model-are utilized during the computational work.By comparing numerical results of the two different turbulence models,significant variation can be found,especially at the region with relatively strong shear stresses.Additionally,the effect of different inlet conditions(pipe flow and uniform flow inlet condition)on the flow field of S-shaped duct has been analyzed.It can be found that various velocity profiles in the boundary layer under different inlet conditions influence the axial velocity distribution and development of the S-shaped duct.
