Abstract: In recent years,influenced by european debt,bankruptcy or debt-raising risk occurs in many enterprises at Taiwan,sometime,even settlement default might occur at the stock market.Therefore,the manager level of an enterprise really has to inspect the financial situation of an enterprise well.In this article,financial five forces are followed to collect the financial ratio data from enterprises,in the mean time,grey relational analysis is performed on financial five forces,then the analysis results are ranked according to grey relational grade so as to understand the operating performance ranking of each enterprise;then fruit fly optimization algorithm optimized general regression neural network,general regression neural network and multiple regression are used to construct respectively operating performance of enterprises model.From the analytical result,we have found that in operating performance of enterprises model,the RMSE value of fruit fly optimization algorithm optimized general regression neural network model has very good convergent result and classification forecast capability.

Abstract: In this study,a new method of surrogate data for testing nonlinearity is described.Surrogate data is composed of null hypothesis and inspection characteristics.The common characteristics quantity includes correlation dimension and approximate entropy,both of which have some insufficiency in application.Fuzzy entropy is an newly emerged complex measure index and an improved algorithm of approximate entropy.This study introduces fuzzy Entropy as the characteristic quantity into surrogate data,testing the non-linear feature of the time series and making validation on the nonlinear time series produced by Logistic equation and linear time series produced by linear AR model.The result of this study shows that surrogate data based on the fuzzy entropy is a stable and efficient nonlinearity test for the time series of different length.

Abstract: Keeping original physical meaning of the model,a SCS model was used in Lanhe watersheds in upper Fenhe Reservoir Based on the observational data of precipitation runoff and flood of Lanhe watersheds, the table of CN value used to calculate runoff yield, dimensionless unit hydrograph, and the relations of parameters for concentration calculation are presented It can fit in Lanhe watersheds to calculate runoff yield and time of concentration 
