TL;DR: The maximum entropy performance is the best in the three models of k-nearest neighbor, support vector machines and maximum entropy in text categorization.
Abstract: In this paper,we compare the three models of k-nearest neighbor,support vector machines and maximum entropy in text categorization. By using two training data set that has been classified by term selection and remove irrelevant data seperately,we carry out some experiments using the three models.The result of the experiments shows that the maximum entropy is better than the other two classifiers on either Boolean value condition or adding the frequency of words.The maximum entropy performance is the best in the three models.We also find that when we add the information of frequency of words the classifiers' performance has some changes.Despite the influence of the particularity of documents,this result suggests that the different kind of term sets may cause different results to different classifier's performance.

Abstract: Electromagnetic emission(EME) can be produced during the deformation fracture process of coal or rock and EME signals may easily be disturbed by electromagnetic noises.In this paper the sources and characters of electromagnetic emission(EME) noises are analyzed and these noises are removed with multi-resolution analysis of wavelet transform and non-linear soft threshold method.The results show that there are two kinds of noises: interference of fixed frequency band and random white noise.The former can be thrown off by multi-resolution analysis of wavelet transform and the latter can by non-linear soft threshold method effectively.Therefore the useful and true EMR signals can be attained.The removing of noises is very important for analyzing EME rules of coal or rock and the accuracy of forecasting the dynamical catastrophes with EMR monitoring technology.

Abstract: The 16 steel tube-confined concrete short columns are selected and their dynamic response under axial impact load are studied.Through comparing the test result,it can be proofed that the steel tube-confined concrete structure has very high bearing capacity and plastic deformation ability under impact load,so it is a kind of ideal structural material to bear impact.On the foundation of test,it is simulated using the finite element software ANSYS,Through comparing the test result and the simulated result,the dynamic response of it is summarized.

Abstract: Circulated Fluidized Bed(CFB) Boiler has been developed quickly for its higher efficiency,lower pollution and lower cost.But because of the complexity of its combustion,it is difficult to build the exact math model of controlled object.So it makes the traditional control method almost impossible.In this paper I suggests a fuzzy controller and it has been simulated which shows the fuzzy controller has better control characteristics.So this control has better successful avails ability for engineering implementation.

Abstract: The general test technique of Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB) was modified aiming at its shortcomings.The dynamic mechanical properties of Al_2O_3 ceramics are investigated using the modified SHPB technique.It is indicated that the modified SHPB technique is effective for the materials with high strength to carry the dynamic mechanical property test under higher strain-rate.The stress-strain curves for different strain-rates were gained.It is shown that Al_2O_3 ceramic is nonlinear elastic-brittle material.This material is sensitive to strain-rate at higher strain-rate.The dynamic modulus of elasticity and dynamic compressive strength of ceramic increase with increase in strain rate.Finally,the deformation mechanism of Al_2O_3 ceramics under higher strain-rate is discussed.

Abstract: Lanhe watershed,which is a big branch of Fenhe River, is located in Shanxi province.The average annual precipitation is 523 mm,and the runoff is 1.76 m~3/s.The distribution of precipitation over a year and space is extremely non-uniform.It belongs to the semi-arid region.Because of the complexity of the mechanism of rainfall-runoff generation,based on the grey-system characteristics,a method of mid-long term runoff forecasting was suggested,the time-lag existing grey incidence analysis model and the predict hydrological model is put forth,and the GM(1,2) time lag model is set up.The runoff of Lanhe river basin is predicted with the model,and the result is accurate and rational.

Abstract: According to the uniaxial compressive creep experiments of Hubei Yingcheng rock salt interlayer for 160 days,we can see that it have favorable creep characteristic.There are two parts of rheology from the rock salt interlayer,one is the rock salt's creep,the other is the rock salt interlayer's creep.The creep rate of rock salt is bigger than rock salt interlayer,and the transverse creep rate is also bigger than rock salt interlayer.Based on the experimental result,we obtained the experience formula of rock salt interlayer by regressive analysis,and the paper determined its parameters.At the same time we set up the elastic and visco-elasto-plastic model and constitutive equation of rock salt interlayer by analyzing the features of the curve,and provided the thereunder to stability analysis of oil and gas storage caverns in rock salt.

Abstract: The measurement of Mel spectrum distortion is a kind of warped frequency spectrum distortion measure.Using Mel frequency scale can reflect sufficiently the nonlinear perceptive characteristics of human hearings to frequency and amplitude.Aiming at speech recognition of isolated words, an improved algorithm for normal LP cpestrum feature is put forward in this paper.That is to say,LP cpestrum is made nonlinear changes by means of Mel scale according to auditory characteristic,and the LP Mel cepstrum coefficient(LPMCC) is used as feature parameter.Through using RBF neural network,speech recognition of isolated words is carried on.The experiment shows that this method is good for robustness and effective on recognition.

Abstract: The article introduces the method of observation to the underground pressure law.According to the practice of pressure law,the characteristic and regularity of the strata behavior of the face is analyzed in detail.On the basis of the analysis,the mechanical model for large mining height fully-mechanized face is established.Then the pilot study on the workface roof sort and the rationality for choosing support type is made.The results indicate,in the large cutting height workface,there is no wallop and no stronger press for immediate roof,taller rock above the coal seam needed to be controlled on support,the result got in static mechanical model is enough for the roof control.

Abstract: By applying different welding procedure,The corrosion resistance of SUS316 stainless steel welded joint were studied in this paper,TIG welding with argon shielding,MIG welding and TIG welding with low carbon,high chromium and nickel welding wire(00Cr19Ni12Mo2) were used to weld austenitic stainless steel SUS316,the chemical composition,microstructure and the corrosion resistance of the welded joint were studied by use of the metallographic microscope,Huey test and the electrochemical analysis.It is proved that TIG+M and MIG welding have better corrosion resistance than TIG without welding wire.

Abstract: In 3-D porous materials,the cells are not the same in shape and dimension.2-D homogenization method was applied to study the effects of the micro-structure(cell shape and size)on the equivalent elastic constants of porous structures so as to simplified the problem.Starting from the weak form of virtual displacement equation,the homogenization method is introduced for linear elastic problems.Then a homogenization finite element method(homo FEM) is developed for the 2-D periodic structures and applied to the calculation of the equivalent elastic constants of thin regular 3-D periodic structure with various relative densities and with square as base-cell including different shapes of hole(circular and hexagonal section in-plane).The numerical results obtained by homo FEM shows that both the cell volume fraction and cell shape influence the equivalent elastic constants of porous structures.Meanwhile the influence of the mechanical property on the micro-mechanical equivalent elastic moduli of cellular structures are also evaluated.In the range of analysis(0.1~0.4),the elastic constant E of circular structure decreases with the increase of from 0.1 to 0.4,but that of hexagonal structure doesn't change,this means that they has different influence on the equivalent elastic constants of cellular materials of different micro-structure.

Abstract: In this paper,genetic algorithm (GA) that is good at global searching is used in the blind equalization based on neural network.It can avoid the situations that are liable to get into the local minimum and slow speed in training of conventional neural networks.It is a two-step method.First,a preferable local solution space is offered to the neural network by using GA. Second,a precise searching is realized in the space with conventional neural network algorithm. And the blind equalization is finished.The computer simulations show that the algorithm obtains a good convergence characteristic and satisfied equalization result.

Abstract: Based on the experimental data of soil temperature in the profiles during freezing-thawing period,the effects of plastic mulching and plastic film plus straw mulching on soil temperature are analyzed.The results indicate that there is an apparent effect of increasing temperature when the soil surface is covered with plastic film in seasonal freezing-thawing areas,however, plastic film plus straw mulchings merely raises the temperature within plough layer.Soil temperatures of three treatment plots go through the process of depressing-stabilizing-elevating within the experimental soil layers in winter and spring.Plastic film plus straw mulching can also stabilize the changes of soil temperature,and reduce the difference in temperature obviously.The elevated and depressed amplitude of soil temperatures in soil layer(40 to 100cm) decreases along with the increasing depth whether freezing and thawing stages or not.The results are of practical meaning to improve soil thermal regime and guide agricultural production in seasonal frozen districts.

Abstract: Based on the theory of rock mass limit balance and progressive damage theory,the way of extent calculating for plastic zone of higher slice pillar is given,and the conclusion that optimum width of higher slice pillar is greater than 2 times of size of pillar broken zone and smaller than 2 times of size of pillar plastic area is obtained.After the size of higher slice pillar is designed optimally,the outward staggering measurements of lower slice roadway can be determined by the size of higher slice pillar and its damage extent.And,an applying example of above researches is given.

Abstract: The pure component adsorption equilibrium of CO and CO_ 2 were measured on actived carbon samples A,C and D respectively by using gravimetric method.Sample A is blank actived carbon,samples C and D are actived carbons modified by ethylenediamine and the mixture of KOH and ethylenediamine respectively.The Freundlich equation is found to fit the isotherm data for the adsorption of carbon monoxide in all cases and carbon dioxide at 313K on carbon samples C and D.The Langmuir equation and D-R equation are found to fit the isotherm data for the adsorption of carbon dioxide at 303K,313K and 323K on carbon sample A.The isosteric heat of adsorption for both of CO and CO_2 decreased with surface loading increasing.At the same equilibrium pressure,the amount of CO_2 adsorbed is larger than the amount of CO.Active ingredients impregnated in carbon samples have significant influence on the adsorption for carbon dioxide and the amount of CO_2 adsorbed on modified carbon samples C and D is larger than the amount adsorbed on blank carbon sample A.However,the surface area,pore volume,micropore volume of carbon samples show less influence on the amount of adsorbed CO_2.

Abstract: On the base of current knowledge representation language RDF and the features of Web,this paper analyzes the phraseological foundation of RDF which RDF realizes syntax with XML,and how RDF describe resource objects to make metadata become understandable information for machine.Then it gives a new method of knowledge representation used in Web that can be the base of intelligent application field of Web,and demonstrates knowledge representation language based on RDF which can better realize knowledge representation on the Semantic Web.It is explained by applying an example of knowledge representation based on OWL to semantic search finally.

Abstract: The rapidly rotated input-shaft of YJC redactor-electronic motor system often induces torsion with the change of load,which destroy the system,so it is very important to analyze the torsional vibration model of this shaft.This paper makes a concentrated quality dynamic model of YJC single stage redactor system,taking the simple harmonic excitation as an example,deduces the forced vibration equation of the electronic motor's output-shaft in theory,and analyzes the fundamental mode simply,these offer proof for checking malfunctions of the system.The vibration equation is proved right by the experiment and may be refered by other YCJ redactor system.

Abstract: This paper discussed the Query-by-Committee(QBC) methods of active learning.The disadvantages of QBC based on vote entropy and KL-divergence were presented.A new QBC method is presented by combining vote entropy and class conditional posterior maximum entropy for learning TAN classifier.Experimental results show that the new QBC algorithm improves the classification accuracy and uses less labeled training examples,which efficiently solves the problems on modeling the classifier under few labeled training examples.

Abstract: By using the index of consumption preference,this paper established two-products model from the point of making the maximum social welfare.At the same time,the optimum environment investment was found and the essential conditions for Environmental Kuznets Curve were proved,too.At last,the conclusions were drawn that environmental quality is controlled by regional economic development,not only by economic growth,because all the parameters of non-environmental production function,pollution-emission function,the income of citizens,the consumption preference of environmental goods and non-environmental goods and so on are controlled not by economic growth,but by economic development.

Abstract: Based on the model experiment of spiral flow without power experiment with flow-leading flank in pipe,the emerging and variancy of the spiral flow without power is introduced,its strength variancy rule is analysed,and it is concluded that the spiral flow without power is a kind of vortex flow composed by compulsory eddy and potential eddy.
