TL;DR: This method solves the problem of the index of evaluation, presenting subjective judgment in the mark process, and makes the marking process fairer and more scientific.
Abstract: In the current mark process, the method of professor's proportion to define the proportion of index of evaluation is generally employed but in the use of the method, owing to the difference of the different professors' experiment or the angle which they view the problem, they will come to different conclusions at one index of evaluation, they even make subjective judgment, and then fail to define the proportion of the index of evaluation On the basis of the defines of Entropy by Shannon, this text define the Entropy of the index of evaluation by the judge-array which is made of the index value of all cases, and uses the Entropy of the index value to define the Entropy proportion It then lines up the case by closing degree of all cases and the ideal dot Finally, we can pick up the best case This method solves the problem of the index of evaluation, presenting subjective judgment in the mark process, and makes the mark process fairer and more scientific

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a model of cost estimation of construction engineering based on the BP Neural Network. But the model is not suitable for the case of large-scale construction projects.
Abstract: Cost estimation of construction projects is a very important task for management of construction projects. According to the basic principles of the neural network and the characteristics of project cost estimation, with the breakdown of project cost and factors having effect on them,and the functions of structures and their characteristics reviewed in detail,seven major factors are identified as neural network input variables. On the basis of the theoretical analysis, the paper brings up the model of cost estimation of construction engineering based on the BP Neural Network. Eighteen actual construction projects are used as training samples and two projects are used as test samples. Test results show that the precision meets the estimation requirements well. Therefore, this method shows the promising perspective in cost estimation of construction project.

And based on the equivalent elastic response, it was shown that porous walls with reinforced concrete tie beam have enough collapse resistant capacity.
Abstract: Experiments with DS type porous masonry walls are carried out with low cyclic repeated horizontal loading. Failure characteristic is investigated. Skeleton curve, ductility coefficient, deformability and stiffness degrading of walls are obtained. Formulation of shear bearing capacity and deformation are proposed. Based on the equivalent elastic response it is shown that porous masonry walls with reinforced concrete tie beam have enough collapse resistant capacity.
