Abstract: Based on maximizing deviations principle, one model is given for the multi-attribute decision making problems, in which the attribute weight is unknown completely,and the decision maker's judgment information is contained. In the model the decision maker's judge information and background of the model's application are considered. Finally, an example is given to show the rationality and effectiveness of the new model.

Abstract: The Lyapunov's second method is one of the basic methods to research the stability of nonlinear system.It is critical to construct a suitable Lyapunov function.In this paper,a better Lyapunov function of third order nonlinear system x…+g()+f(,)+h(x)=0 is constructed.The sufficient conditions for the globally asymptotically stability of trivial solution of the nonlinear systems is obtained,and the stronger condition of generally requiring Lyapunov function going to the infinite is removed,the results make further progress of some old results.

Abstract: Objective:To study the inhibitory effect of volatile oil from Curcuma wenyujin and its main components on the release of nitro oxide in activated mouse macrophage.Methods: NO production is induced by LPS and determined by Griess assay.Cytotoxicity is evaluated by MTT assay.Results: Volatile oil from Curcuma wenyujin strongly inhibits the release of nitro oxide at the concentration of 1-10 μg·mL-1 and shows good dose-dependency.Its main components exhibit significant inhibitory activity on the NO production.The IC50 values of furanodiene,germacrone,curzerene,curcumenol and curdione are 6.5,5.8,9.4,9.9 and 52 μmol · L-1,respectively.Conclusion: Furanodiene,germacrone,curzerene,curcumenol and curdione can inhibit the NO release in activated mouse macrophage,which may provide some theoretical foundations and scientific basis for the clinical application of Curcuma wenyujin.

Abstract: By the orthogonal design the medium is tested for callus induction from leaf explants in calla lily.The effection of the plant growth regulators on initiation and culture of callus is confirmed.14 selections of different hormones and ratios for the medium are designed based on the orthogonal test,and the callus culture system is established.The morphorlogical and cytological structures are observed dynamically during callus induction.The results show that MS media supplemented with 6-BA and 2,4-D is favorable to the induction ratio for leaf callus.The optimum media for callus subculture is MS media supplemented with 2,4-D 2.0 mg/L and BA 2.0 mg/L or with NAA 2.0 mg/L and BA 2.0 mg/L.

Abstract: The antitumor effect of furanodiene in vivo and in vitro and the mechanism action are studied.The anticancer activity of furanodiene is estimated in vitro by MTT method,and the results show that furanodiene an induce significant growth arrested in many malignant tumor cell lines cultured in vitro,IC50 of these cells exposed to the drug for 48 hours ranges from 0.98 to 5.79 μg/mL.The AO/EB stainning and flow cytometry results of HL-60 show that furanodiene induces apoptosis effectively.Furanodiene can prolong the survival time of mice implanted ascites tumor S180,and the results are 80 mg/kg(91.2%),30 mg/kg(82.4%),and 10 mg/kg(70.59%),respectively.

Abstract: Objective:This study is carried out to characterize the hepatoprotective activity of Laminaria japonica polysaccharide(LJP).Mehtods: The mice are randomly divided into 6 groups.All animals are sacrificed 16 hours after administered 0.3% carbon tetrachloride intraperitoneally,then,the serum and liver tissue is examined by different kits.Results: The results indicate that different dosages of Laminaria japonica polysaccharide can significantly suppress the elevation of alanine minotransferase(ALT),asparatate aminotransferase(AST),and lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) in blood serum,as well as the level of malondisldehyde(MDA) in liver tissue,inhibit the reduction of nitrogen monoxidum(NO) and nitric-oxide synthase(NOS) in blood serum,superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) in liver tissues.Conclusions: The LJP has protective activity for CCl4-induced liver injury.The hepatoprotective activity of LJP is possibly due to its ability of scavenging oxygen free radicals and improving body's antioxidative activity.

Abstract: For increasing utilizable efficiency of construction rubbish,the feasibility of using construction rubbish for cement addition is studied.The experimental results show that 42.5R or 42.5 ordinary Portland cement can be produced when the admixing amount of waste bricks or waste concrete is less than 15%.If being activated by 0.8% Na2SiO3,the strength of 42.5 ordinary Portland cement can be attained even 20% waste bricks or waste concrete are admixed.

Abstract: To discriminate tea quality quickly and accurately, a new method of FTIR spectroscopy is proposed 4 kinds of tea (Scented tea, Green tea, PU ER tea and Oolong tea) are chosen, for each kind of tea 3 different quality grades (high, common, low) are sampled to analyze by FTIR technique The results show that all samples have relatively stable spectrum regions of 3000 -2800,1700 -1500,1500 -1200,1200 -1000,and 900 -400 cm-1, but the spectra of different quantities of tea give obvious difference in wave numbers, intensity and shapes It is concluded that FTIR is a feasible way to discriminate tea quality

Abstract: Double dilution method and inhibition zone method are used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of seven kinds of antibiotic and to compare the inhibiting and bactericidal effects on Vibrio anguillarum The results show that the MIC of thiamphenicol is mixmum (08 μg/mL) and the MIC of gentamicinum is maxmum(64 μg/mL)At the concentration of 5 times of MIC, the inhibition zones of seven kinds of antibiotic are: gentamicinum 190 cm, norfloxacinum 150 cm, streptomycinum 143 cm, oxytetracylinnum 143 cm, hydrochloric norfloxacinum 143 cm, florfenicol 140 cm, and thiamphenicol 133 cm It is concluded that vibrio anguillaram is highly sensitive to gentamicinum and norfloxacinum, and middle sensitive to streptomycinum, oxytetracylinnum, hydrochloric norfloxacinum, florfenicol and thiamphenicol The combination of norfloxacin and thiamphenicol has the best effect

Abstract: Under the model of adversary trial and in the usage of evidence,the judge should be roles as the person who remains neutral,the person who enjoys the powers of judgment,and the person who is persuaded.However sometimes the judge deviates from his roles mentioned above in judicial practice.It is necessary to return the judge to his original roles,in order to guarantee successful operation of adversary trial and re-establish the authority of justice.
