TL;DR: The operating principles and the design scheme of the car license plate recognition system which consists of image processing, image segmentation, and used MATLAB to achieve simulation of the processing.
Abstract: A high recognition rate expressway license plate recognition system (CLPRS) is introduced in this paper. We propose the operating principles and the design scheme of the car license plate recognition system which consists of image processing, image segmentation. We used MATLAB to achieve simulation of the processing. The results express that this means is effectual. '

Abstract: In this paper, we discuss surface fitting by cubic splines interpolation using Matlab and we discuss the motheds of cardinal splines interpolation and more-knots cardinal splines interpolation. Further we offer the Matlab. procedure of smooth surface fitting by cubic spline interpolation , which is new.

TL;DR: A approach to digital recognition based on wavelet and RBF neural network is presented and shows that the method achieves excellent performance in terms of recognition error rates and recognition efficiency.
Abstract: A approach to digital recognition based on wavelet and RBF neural network is presented.By this method, the wavelet features are firstly extracted. Then, they are normalized to the input vector of neural network, and RBF neural network is used for recognition.Recognition result based on the method shows that the method achieves excellent performance in terms of recognition error rates and recognition efficiency.

TL;DR: The equivalence of the support vector machine (SVM) and the Fuzzy rule-based modeling (FRM) were proved under the condition that the fuzzy basis function (FBF) is the Gaussian membership function, or more generally, the fuzzy based function satisfies the Mercer's condition and the maximum value of the kernel function is finite.
Abstract: The equivalence of the support vector machine(SVM) and the Fuzzy rule-based modeling (FRM) were proved under the condition that the fuzzy basis function(FBF) is the Gaussian membership function, or more generally, the fuzzy basis function satisfies the Mercer's condition and the maximum value of the kernel function is finite This conclusion is important to many practical and complicated situations where one unable to determine the number of rules in advance Moreover, the algorithms to determine C and e are considered when the fuzzy modeling is known Two examples are given in order to explain this equivalence

TL;DR: A general review of the 1,2-shift reactions of metal carbene can be found in this article, where the substituent effect of 1-2-migration of Rh(II) carbene is investigated.
Abstract: 1,2-Shift or 1,2-migration reaction is one of the most common reactions of the organic intermediates-carbocation, free radical, carbanion, free carbene and metal carbene. Although the 1,2-migration reactions for the former four intermediates have been comprehensively studied, there has been no systematic investigation for the corresponding reaction of metal carbene. We have studied the 1,2-migration of Rh(II) carbene and observed remarkable substituent effect. This paper will present a general review of the 1,2-shift reactions.
