Abstract: The research objectives are; designing a web-based information system that provides information about tourist attractions, culinary delights, and lodging in the Nagekeo district. In the application development process using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and modeling design using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). From the discussion that has been described, it can be concluded that the results of this study tourists can easily and quickly get information about tourist objects, culinary, lodging around tourist sites in Nagekeo district. It is estimated that tourism development technology will continue, which is a big opportunity for companies and destinations, especially in Indonesia. There is a need for studies on tourists on cultural experiences, streaming platforms, metaverse technology, biometric payment methods so that there are innovations to attract visitors and add value to the local tourism industry through the implementation of digital solutions.

In order for the student to have easy access to information about her UKM E-Sports, we need a website that can be accessed from any internet-enabled device. The purpose of this study is to design the UKM E-Sport UNHAS website. At the stage of building this sistem, sistem development tools such as data flow diagrams (DFD), context diagrams, entity relationship diagrams (ERD) and flowcharts are used, and PHP and HTML programming languages ​​and MySQL are used as databases. This web-based information sistem design covers many segments of the population. By using the website, visitors from anywhere can see information from this organization. Sport is an important necessity of life that is often underestimated today. Of course, this web-based E-Sports has the specific purpose of raising public awareness that technology is growing.

Abstract: At this time Machine Learning especially Deep Learning is developing very quickly in any field, especially in the fields of business, transactions, stock predictions, sales, and stocks and the like. Machine Learning has become a mainstay for facilitating and helping work. At the BabyQu store, the decisions used to carry out stock inventory still use the manual method, and there are several problems that arise including the occurrence of excess stock which makes other storage areas used for excess stock, especially if there are products that have an expiration date, and if there is a shortage of stock, problems will occur that will make consumers who need products or goods go to other places and several other problems that will arise which will cause losses to BabyQu stores, it is necessary to create a system or software that aims to assist BabyQu stores in forecasting stock availability product to overcomesome of these problems. This research was made using the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model design and method using Backpropagation as the algorithm because this algorithm can reduce the percentage of errors. The results we got in this study using the 3-3-1 model obtained an accuracy rate of 85.72%, using 550 iterations of epochs, and taking approximately 11.1 seconds.

Abstract: The purpose of the research is to make it easier for staff to record and report warehouse inventory, online or offline stores with this application where the application is designed so that it can be held in the hand and running, so the admin can monitor if there is stock taking in the warehouse. This inventory data application makes it very easy for staff in terms of appearance, use, and available features so that there is no need for employees to carry inventory paper when stock taking, no need to manually copy data during monthly inventory reports, and easy to see remaining inventory if anyone asks. UML (Unified Modeling Language) is used as an approach for modeling and in the application development process using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The results show that a low level of accuracy in recording inventory can be overcome by using an Android-based barcode that replaces manual recording, providing a solution in the form of convenience in recording warehouse inventory data, online or offline stores, inventory applications with barcodes can be applied to applications based Android makes it easy for admins and users so that the process of recording the availability of goods will be faster and more accurate and this application can run well on various smartphones with the Android operating system.

Abstract: Wall magazine (Maiding) is a means of dissemination of information in the educational world. Despite the urgent need for fast and accurate information, today's media security is still poorly maintained, affecting the ability of students to receive information. Therefore, schools need information media and media to disseminate information quickly and accurately. Digital learning media help manage information so students receive more up-to-date information. The research methodology was carried out in three phases. In the preliminary phase, data collection was conducted through literature surveys, direct observations, and journal archives from similar surveys. The analysis phase includes a system analysis of the current bulletin board system and any bulletin boards to be created. The system development model uses the Extreme Programming Model or XP. The system is designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of the research have led to a digital madding system that allows schools to more easily communicate information, allowing students to submit information directly through his website for Digital Wall Magazine. Meanwhile, schools can control the information coming in and decide what information is made public. Information is updated her once a week or as needed to ensure students have the most up-to-date information.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the map of the development of research trends in the IQRA Journal for the 2017-2021 period. This study formulates the problem of how the development of article publication trends and literature patterns in IQRA articles (Library and Information Journal) published in 2017-2021. This study used a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach using bibliometric analysis techniques. Mapping is done with co-word based mapping. The research sample is 89 IQRA articles for 2017-2021. In this study, two supporting applications in bibliometrics were used, namely Mendeley and VOSViewer. The results of the study show that the visualization of the results of research data processing using the 2017-2021 IQRA journal metadata is grouped into 4 clusters. The results of the VOSViewer analysis seen from the overlay visualization that the research topic in the journal IQRA 2017-2021 which has been carried out for a long time is about librarians and the latest research on services. The results of the density visualization mean that the keyword groups in the 2017-2021 IQRA journal have a relationship with each other, in which the most frequently researched topic is the library. Judging from its development, the most published articles published by the IQRA Journal were in 2019 and the lowest was in 2021.

Abstract: The beauty of Bali raises many comments about how a trip to Indonesia is not complete without going to Bali. In the tourism industry the application of tourist satisfaction and perspective is very important, but most of them still apply surveys. The survey-based approach has weaknesses such as operational costs, the potential for data duplication, and a lack of comprehensiveness. Sentiment analysis of natural tourism objects is performed by classifying positive and negative comments in the Jatiluwih tourist comment dataset. The focus of this panel's sentiment analysis is on comments related to the Natural Tourism Attractiveness Criteria. According to the Directorate General of Forest Protection and Nature Conservation in 2003, the criteria for natural tourism objects are tourist attraction, market potential, accessibility, socio-economic environmental conditions, public services, climate conditions, supporting facilities and infrastructure, and the availability and safety of clean water. This study compares the SVM, K-NN, and NBC methods. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the performance of each method using the confusion matrix. The results showed that the K-NN method was superior to SVM and NBC in terms of testing accuracy and precision, where accuracy on K-NN gave a value of 93.4%, SVM 93.1%, and NBC 87.9%.

Abstract: With over 261 million inhabitants, Indonesia is home to approximately 15,000 villages, according to the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration. Among these, 1,406 are in West Java. Of these, 504 of them are advanced, 464 are developing, 390 are disadvantaged, and 48 are very disadvantaged. The CatBoost machine learning model was used to classify village funds in West Java from 2018 to 2021 and had an accuracy rating of 75%, precision rating of 79%, recall of 79%, and f1 score of 79%, demonstrating its excellent performance. However, missing data points had to be removed from the analysis and it is suggested that a more sophisticated method for handling missing values should be used in future studies. In addition, hyperparameter tuning could be employed to increase the model's performance, and a variety of metrics could be used to accurately assess the results. Overall, CatBoost may be of benefit to the Indonesian Government in order to classify village funds according to their status, channel funds more accurately and efficiently, and observe the situation of a village year-over-year.

Abstract: Petty cash is a company-provided fund for operational activities with a relatively small nominal amount. When processing petty cash at PT. Koprima Sandysejahtera still uses Microsoft Excel, which makes the company's performance less effective in managing petty cash. Therefore, the authors designed a web-based cash accounting information system with the programming language PHP and My SQL as a database. The research method used is qualitative. Data and information were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature research. The software development method used is the waterfall model, where the phases from system analysis to system maintenance are sequential and cannot be done randomly. With the existence of a computerized system, the company's performance in terms of petty cash management is expected to become more effective.

Abstract: The closure of the TPA, which had been operating since 1990, forced Gunaksa Village to have its own TPST or Local Waste Processing Site (TOSS) as a waste processing site. The Klungkung regency government also requires each village to process household waste independently. This policy obliges Gunaksa Village to have its own (TOSS) as a waste processing site. According to Law No. 18 of 2008 concerning waste management, it is necessary to change the pattern of waste management which is based on reducing and handling waste. The output of this research is in the form of a local waste management application that can help TOSS in Gunaksa Village, Klungkung Regency which is expected to be able to integrate the management of each division and level so that it runs effectively and efficiently. This application is intended as a recording system in the management of waste banks. Research will be conducted using the methodextreme programming. The system will be designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). System testing will use the Black Box method. The results of the black box test state that the input and output of the Gunaksa Bank Garbage Application (GUNABANGSA) are appropriate.

Abstract: A university website is a website dedicated to providing information services to the academic community at large and to the general public. The importance of the university website as an information provider should be assessed and adjusted to ensure that the website offers many benefits. The evaluation process uses the WebQual 4.0 model with three dimensions as independent variables: website quality, usability, information quality, and service interaction quality, and user satisfaction as the dependent variable. The subject of this research is the Putra Bangsa University website. The sampling technique used a simple random sampling technique. This study used questionnaire-based primary data with 29 question items and 95 respondents. It received a 78.82% rating in user testing for usability. In terms of information quality, it received a rating of 79.36%. The quality of service interactions received a rating of 78.38%. It has a user satisfaction rating of 79.55%. This put the Putra Bangsa University website in the very user-friendly system category. The results of the hypothesis building analysis as a whole are accepted. The independent variables usability, information quality, and service interaction quality are correlated and closely related to user satisfaction as the dependent variable.

Abstract: The discourse of postponing the 2024 election and extending the term of office of the president has stimulated sentiment in some regions in Indonesia. The discourse has implications for the extension of the president's term of office which is considered unconstitutional. The issue of postponing the election is clearly not the aspiration of the people, but only the interests of political passion and lust among the rulers who want to perpetuate power so that it is considered to violate and insult the constitution which stipulates that elections are held every five years. This study aims to determine how to analyze the sentiment of postponement the 2024 election on comments from the Indonesian people on Twitter or called tweets. The number of comments that will be used in the study is 1826 consisting of 710 positive sentiments and 1116 negative sentiments. The research method used is the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) method. With this method, the stages of research carried out are data collection, business understanding, data understanding, data preprocessing, data labeling, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. Based on the results obtained at the modeling stage, the tweet data that has been collected is then processed and analyzed for sentiment with a train/test split data model and k-fold cross validation using the Naive Bayes (NB) algorithm, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Deep Learning (DL) ), and Desicious Tree (DT) and a comparison of 80:20 for training and testing data, the highest accuracy value is obtained by using the train/test split data model using the Naive Bayes algorithm to produce an accuracy of 80,55%.

Abstract: The extension assessment process of the tenure’s school principal at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Musi Rawas runs manually, so it takes more than 1 (one) month to get the results. This study aims to model a classification based on Machine Learning technique using the C4.5 Decission Tree algorithm to make it easier for supervisors to provide recommendations whether the principal’s position has Extended or Not Extended status. The research design uses the CRISP-DM concept which is adopted to the needs of the research objectives. The resulting model has 15 rules which are used as the basis for forming a Decision Tree. Model validation measurement was tested using the Confusion Matrix method and it provides an accuracy of 83,3%.

The process of profile matching is to determine the weight of the criteria for each symptom, create a knowledge base/ideal profile, determine the weight of the gap, determine the core factor and secondary factor, calculate the gap for each input symptom with the symptoms in the knowledge base, determine the weight of each gap, calculate the core score factor and secondary factor, ranking with a weight of 60% core factor and 40% secondary factor. The results of the study show that the profile matching method can be used to create an expert system for diagnosing digestive disorders in children with an accuracy value of 82%.

Abstract: Kankung is a type of plant that is classified as a vegetable and is grown as food. The Mandiri Jaya Flowering Farmers Group in Cikupa Village, Karangnunggal has 9 blocks of farmland that are planted with kankung plants as one of the incomes of the farmers. The distribution of water to water spinach plants should be even and regular. For watering water spinach, 20 liters of water is needed, which is done manually by carrying water on the back and then watering the water spinach repeatedly. It is important to water kangkung plants regularly, once in the morning and once in the evening. Watering kangkung (a type of water spinach) is an important part of maintaining the plant, as it needs a sufficient supply of water to carry out photosynthesis and obtain the nutrients it needs to grow and develop. To support the automation process so that production factors can be achieved, a control system is required. One type of controller that is well-suited for use is a microcontroller. The researcher designed a Kangkung Plant Irrigation System Based on the Internet of Things to address the issues mentioned above. Farmers control the irrigation of watercress using smartphones, which makes their work easier and more efficient.

Abstract: Nutritional status is a measure of nutritional status that affects human growth and development, so nutritional status data collection is necessary. Data on nutritional status in Rawalele Village was collected by village midwives, who were assisted by posyandu cadres in recording child weighing data and then submitting it to the puskesmas and entering it into the ePPGBM system. Due to difficulties with existing applications, data collection on nutritional status at the Rawalele village posyandu is still done on paper, so the process takes a long time and data can be lost or damaged. The purpose of this study is to design and build a web-based application to facilitate data collection on nutritional status in toddlers. A software model is obtained using the prototype development method. The prototype development method is used to create a software model, which aids in the development of a system that matches the facts of toddler growth and development data. The findings revealed that posyandu cadres could use the nutritional status data collection application for toddlers, making it easier for puskesmas to collect data from each posyandu.

Previously, the community only asked neighbors to find out whether the madrasa was the best or not. The problem that occurs in the community is that there is no effective data to prove whether the madrasa is the best or not. For this reason, we need a system that can assist the Ministry of Religion in making decisions regarding the selection of the best primary school by providing alternative choices by considering several elements of each of the predetermined criteria. As for the results of the study: The decision support system application that was built can provide decisions in selecting the best primary school.

Abstract: The popularity of the use of slang by generation z is very common, both in person and on social media. They are currently experiencing changes in the pronunciation and writing of Indonesian in accordance with the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) due to the emergence of a new style of language. So when using slang, it makes them feel more confident and considered contemporary. This study aims to find out the kinds of slang words, and to find out what factors influence the use of slang by Generation Z at State Senior High School 1 Bandar Perdagangan. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through interviews with 10 students in class 12 social sciences at State Senior High School 1 Bandar Perdagangan. As for the results of this study, it was concluded that the slang used by the z generation at State Senior High School 1 Bandar Perdagangan was only limited to a few forms of words according to needs, such as abbreviations, acronyms, word reversals, and the formation of new words. Meanwhile, the factors that influence the use of slang by generation z are advances in communication technology and the circumstances of the surrounding environment that encourage the development of slang.

Abstract: Evaluation is carried out to determine the effectiveness of the training. Evaluations that are still carried out manually/conventionally by collecting data through filling in instruments, have constraints including; Speed of submission of evaluation results report; delay in submitting the issuance of a certificate because the results of the report are used as a requirement for filing; limited storage space for files/report archives; risk of damage, loss of data either caused by viruses, dysfunction of device operations or accidental factors in deleting files. For this reason, a system is needed that can help and facilitate the evaluation process starting from recording, storing and reporting. System development was carried out using qualitative research methods and input-process-output system development methods using the steps of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method of the prototype model. The PIECES Framework is used to analyze system requirements to produce user satisfaction levels. The results of the research are the design of a system consisting of Context Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Table Relational Diagrams (TRD), Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) Flow Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). Users of this system are Admin (program person in charge), Assessors, Organizers and Leaders. This information system is able to facilitate the process of implementing and reporting the results of evaluation implementation, ease of accessing and presenting reports, providing data storage space and better data management compared to conventional methods.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the application of crisis communication in private schools impacted by Government Employees with Contract Agreements or PPPK. This type of research is quantitative content analysis. Quantitative content analysis is a research method that focuses on research with keywords in news texts or reading texts which are the main focus of research. The data source for this research is primary data by taking news samples from 3 different online media, however, they are similar to each other both in terms of the title and the content of the news. The results of this study show that 1) the percentage of implementing crisis communication in the first news reaches 75% with three of the four questions. 2) the percentage of implementing crisis communication in the second story reaches 50% with two of the four questions. 3) the percentage of implementing crisis communication in the third news reaches 50% with two of the four questions.

Abstract: PT. SMU is a manufacturing business company that produces foods such as cheese. The research conducted found problems with the manual process that is still used to record the inventory of raw materials and finished goods so that the recording process is less effective. The purpose of this design is to create a computerized system to record the inventory of raw materials and finished goods at PT. High school quickly and precisely. The research technique uses qualitative methodology with tools to collect data through observation, interviews and literature review. The waterfall approach is used to develop the software and the stages involved including Flow map, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram are then implemented using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 using Microsoft Access 2019 as a database. The results of the research conducted that with the existence of an accounting information system for raw material and finished goods inventory at PT. SMU can ease the work of employees in inputting raw material and finished goods inventory quickly and more effectively.

Abstract: Public communication policies are generally motivated by the problem of lack of socialization from the Medan Area sub-district in providing direction or education on how to use the SIBISA application or website. As a result, the public has no insight and even almost blind related to the application. The lack of skills, self-awareness and public insight in using the application is what underlies the need for a deeper introduction so that the public better understands the procedures for using a technology product where the product provides population administration services and civil data registration digitally utilizing papaerless office (PLO) technology which can further unite several systematic and synergistic service systems. The method in this study uses Descriptive Qualitative research method. The results of the research conducted are the transition of attitudes and people who increase their knowledge about the SIBISA application to facilitate population management through smartphones. However, regarding the overall change in attitude, Medan Area District still needs time to use the application because the technical capabilities of both service providers and the community have not fully understood the maximum of this application as well as inadequate tools.

Abstract: This research was carried out in the context of implementing the K-NN algorithm so that a source of information can be produced as a basis for supporting decisions on initial credit applications by customers so that they can help cooperative managers more as knowledge of the progress of credit proposals that are carried out at the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Service Office ( SMEs) South Sulawesi Province. The K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is used to classify objects based on attributes and training samples. Among them, from k objects, the k-Nearest Neighbor algorithm uses neighbor classification as the predicted value. The results show that the algorithm produces a classification with a faster calculation time based on the prediction of customer data resulting from the calculation.

Abstract: The village information system is a system that supports the implementation of activities at the village office. Technological developments are having a positive impact on how researchers and governments develop software that makes human jobs (in this case, citizens) easier. Village Information System breakthroughs continue to evolve from web-based applications to applications running on instant messaging platforms. Automated answering telegrams, bots and robots are also constantly being developed so that they can be used to support human work. Telegram Bot and Webhook were developed as part of an autoresponder. The task of this automated answering machine is to replace administrative tasks normally performed by humans. Telegram bot and webhook development using Google Script as the language for building APIs tries to find programming solutions outside of the popular programming languages ​​among application developers. The results of this research will benefit users, especially integrated village communities and village organizations.

Abstract: With the strategy and resources owned by the company, a corporate communication strategy will help companies face the next decade. Corporate communications also help in following and positioning oneself at the forefront of any changes that may occur in the future through public relations or a public relations strategy. Because deciding on a convincing communication strategy is heavily influenced by the company's reputation. PT. Nutrifood Indonesia Medan is the object of research this time. Nutrifood Indonesia Medan has implemented an initiative aimed at turning negative public perceptions into positive ones, building a positive reputation for the future. Understanding the public relations strategy of Nutrifood Indonesia Pusat Medan is the main objective of this research. The theoretical framework of this research is the strategic theory of public relations and reputation building. Descriptive qualitative case studies, clearly outlined by the current research focus, constitute the research methodology used. Data is collected using primary sources, such as in-depth interviews and observations, and secondary sources, such as literature and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that PT. Public Relations of Nutrifood Indonesia Medan has implemented a PENSIL approach by using one of the signal strategies or both: 1. Publicity, 2. Event, 3. News, 4. Community, 5. Image, 6. Abstract: A digital platform can become an informational medium and public communication in various purposes such as the marketing process. As for one concept that can be applied on the marketing process, it uses AISAS model (Attention, Interest, Search, Action and Share). This study aims to knowing the application of AISAS model on the brand Somethinc through Female Daily. In this study, the methods are to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, a case study method and post-positivism paradigm. The data is drawn through interviews with the experienced informan in using the female daily, such as on YouTube, Instagram, Apps and Female Daily Sites. The results obtained from this study describes that the model of AISAS can fill all of the information and communication needed by the masses.
