Abstract: Literasi digital kini menjadi faktor pendukung dalam kesuksesan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD), lebih lanjut tentu memberikan pengaruh baik dalam mendukung optimalisasi tumbuh dan kembang anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana literasi digital tenaga pendidik PAUD dalam empat indikator yaitu mengakses, menyeleksi, memahami dan mendistribusikan informasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi mencakup seluruh guru PAUD pada 8 lembaga di Gugus Mawar Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir yang berjumlah 30 orang. Adapun teknik sampling menggunakan teknik total sampling yang mencakup seluruh guru PAUD di Gugus Mawar Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata literasi digital tenaga pendidik pada PAUD pada kategori cukup baik. Dengan demikian kompetensi literasi digital tenaga pendidik di PAUD harus ditingkatkan agar lebih baik dalam memanfaatkan perangkat digital dalam pembelajaran untuk mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia dini

Abstract: This study aims to analyze parenting activities in shaping the character of early childhood at Taman Posyandu Anak Salih. The research method used is a qualitative case study type. Researchers conducted interviews with principals and teachers at the institution. The study results indicate that the formation of children's character requires a continuous and consistent process, both when the child is in the family environment, school environment, and community environment. Schools in approaching parents through parenting activities are carried out through; 1) planning includes determining the time, place of materials, and media needed in parenting activities; 2) implementation, namely the form of parental meetings or parent classes by prioritizing the discussion and sharing process; 3) evaluation in the parenting program using question and answer according to the material that has been conveyed with parents and meetings regarding ongoing programs conducted by educators and managers so that parents become partners in the formation of children's character.

Abstract: Early childhood is a period that requires guidance and development of self-development in order to train independence. However, training independence in early childhood cannot be done carelessly and must start from small things. This study aims to examine efforts to train early childhood independence through the "I Can" program based on self-accustoming at Sinar Harapan Kindergarten, Kedopok, Probolinggo. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study type to examine the program. After the data were collected through interviews and observations, the data analysis techniques were data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that the "Aku Bisa" program consisted of routine activities carried out from the time students arrived at school until the time of learning was over and evaluation with the parents of students every two months. The implication is that efforts to train children's independence will be successful if parents also support program activities and monitor their development

Abstract: Optimalisasi peran guru dan orang tua berpengaruh terhadap capaian proses pembelajaran AUD. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan optimalisasi peran guru dan orang tua dalam pembelajaran sistem online AUD pada masa pandemic covid-19 di Kota Palopo. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek 70 orang guru, orang tua, dan kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesionar dalam bentuk google form yang dianalisis dengan Teknik analysis interacative Model, uji keabsahan data menggunakan Teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa optimalisasi peran guru dan orang tua yaitu: 1) membuat video tutorial; 2) melakukan video call; 3) melaksanakan pembelajaran melalui zoom, WhatsApp; 4) membuat alat peraga yang menarik; 5) melakukan Visit Home; 6) mengumpulkan video pembelajaran, foto, LKA dan hasil karya anak,7) mendampingi anak saat pembelajaran berlangsung; 8) mengawasi dan membimbing anak mengerjakan LKA dan membuat video; 9) membuat laporan kepada guru. Adapun implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu, penelitian ini dapat menggambarkan bagaimana mengoptimalkan peran guru dan orang tua dalam pembelajaran sistem online anak usia dini pada masa pandemi covid-19.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and supervision of learning in the 4.0 industrial revolution era at one kindergarten school located in Pematangsiantar since early childhood education is expected to produce creative, character, competent and innovative graduates which can only be done through the creation of conducive learning conditions supported by learning management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research. The research was carried out at one kindergarten school located in Pematangsiantar with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results showed that based on existing competencies in the 4.0 industrial revolution era, there were innovations and a number of breakthroughs produced by teachers in improving the quality of learning in the form of curriculum development and the use of information and communication technology in carrying out several approaches and learning strategies. One of the breakthroughs that has been made is video learning for early childhood. All processes of innovation and breakthroughs in the learning process are supported by the ability of teachers to implement good learning management principles.
