TL;DR: In this article, the anti-yellowing measures of polyurethane synthetic leather were discussed and the ways of enhancing the antiyellowing ability were discussed to solve the problems of PU leather.
Abstract: The polyurethane as the material of synthetic leather has a good physical property,but the polyurethane usually gets yellow easily.So it will bring some problems to PU leather.For solving these problems,the yellowing mechanism and the anti-yellowing measures of polyurethane synthetic leather were discussed.And the ways of enhancing the anti-yellowing ability were discussed.

Abstract: Fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates(FMEE) is a low foam non-ionic surfactant.FMEE has the excellent degreasing capacity,with superior dispersibility under the condition of low temperature(40℃).FMEE can prevent fat from storing up in the rotary drum in the washing process effectively and avoid reverse staining of fat.Therefore,FMEE is suitable for degreasing on the surface and inside the leather,as well as impurity cleaning.This paper introduced the synthesis of nonionic detergent-fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates(FMEE) as well as its application and advantage in degreasing process.This paper also discussed the process parameters of FMEE in leather degreasing process including wastewater treatment.
