TL;DR: The psychological contract refers to the unwritten, implicit expectations that employees have from the company and vice versa; it is that which defines the things the employee expects from the employer.
Abstract: The psychological contract became known as a research paradigm within corporate research, providing a broad framework which explains the employee-company relations. Despite all this, there are still many debates on the concept and a series of criticism were expressed that led to the necessity of some more rigorous theoretical and empirical analysis. The psychological contract refers to the unwritten, implicit expectations that employees have from the company and vice versa; it is that which defines the things the employee expects from the employer. Consequently, each of the parties involved in the contract may have different perceptions on these commitments and obligations. Thus the psychological contract may be regarded as an exchange relation between the employer and the employee. Breaking the psychological contract affects the performance, the morale, and the motivation of the staff in a negative manner. The information presented in this paper is intended to contribute to the theoretical and methodological development of the concept.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyse frames, their function, their types, their roles and the levels at which they manifest themselves, and present a theoretical background of a future case study about the way in which the academic world is symbolically seen by the press.
Abstract: The complexity of the world and the various existing points of view play sometimes the role of barriers to understanding the events that take place around us or in which we are directly involved, that we may find overwhelming sometimes. In this context, we have no choice but to find instruments that can help us find a meaning beyond ”raw” information. Frames and other media effects theories can be this instrument, that can help us understand ”the stories” about the surrounding world. Frames are useful to us because our mind can’t simply process each new situation from scratch. This paper aims mainly at analysing frames, their function, their types, their roles and the levels at which they manifest themselves. It also represents the theoretical background of a future case study about the way in which the academic world is symbolically seen by the press.

Abstract: In nowadays' world, technological assistance is no longer confined to its primary purpose of communication or informational support and the boundaries between real and virtual world are becoming increasingly harder to be defined. This is the world of digital natives, today's children, who grow up in a technology-brimming environment and who spend most of their time playing video games. Are these video games constructive in any way? Scientific studies state they are. Video games help children in setting their goals, provide constant feedback and offer immediate rewards, along with the opportunity to collaborate with other players. Furthermore, video games can generate strong emotional reactions, such as joy or fear, and they have a captivating story line, which reveals itself within a realm of elaborate graphics.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a consumer protection against unfair terms by adopting uniform rules of European law concerning unfair clauses, which would be subject to all contracts concluded between sellers or suppliers and consumers.
Abstract: According to Directive 93/13 / EEC on unfair terms in consumer contracts, "legislation of Member States on unfair terms in contracts concluded with consumers show significant divergences” (Official Journal of the European Union 31993L0013 - L 095/29). Therefore, the solution to eliminate these differences of balance in bank lending contracts requires promptly a consumer protection against unfair terms by adopting uniform rules of European law concerning unfair clauses. With this protection is desired that this would be subject to all contracts concluded between sellers or suppliers and consumers, to be harmonized at Community level or adopted directly at Community level, to be provided both in the laws, regulations and administrative nature acts, because to the Member States of the European community falls the responsibility to ensure that in contracts concluded with consumers there are not provided unfair clauses.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors argue that diversity must be accepted and respected, because it is an important factor in the development of society and culture, and that only by working together both at a European and national level, can civil society and media make the society stronger, developing the creative potential of people belonging to different social classes, whose activity build up the media in Europe and enrich us all in this process.
Abstract: Democracy requires equal rights for its citizens, opportunities that society offers, equality before the law. A just society provides for its members equal chances to succeed in life, without any privileges or discriminations. Equality does not mean uniformity. People differentiate themselves by capacities, education, preferences or skills. Diversity must be accepted and respected, because it is an important factor in the development of society and culture. Unfortunately, we are living in a society characterized by inequality. Only by working together both at a European and national level, can the civil society and media make the society stronger, developing the creative potential of people belonging to different social classes, whose activity build up the media in Europe and enrich us all in this process, due to the fact that the European societies are multicultural and diverse. At some point in life, each and everyone of us may be or become a minority or a vulnerable member of society!

Abstract: This study shows the problems and reflections of Romania,in the period after the aderation to EU, this being a period when all the economic activities will be tested according to their level of efficiency and productivity of work. Maintining the traditional form of organization of work, of investments of structure of the finite products may transform the country into a colony, into an exporter of raw materials and workforce in the EU. We can notice the same thing, based on our research, in the case of the Moldavian Republic: the exports and investments influence very little the economic growth. This is due to the reduced performances of Moldavian exporters, and, even more, to the uncompetitive structure on groups of products. Half of the Moldavian exports is assured by the agro-alimentary market, without noticing some obvious trends of specialization in other new branches. The cause of this trend is the weak productive potential of national agriculture and industry (Anastase.I 2010).

TL;DR: In this paper, a cry for help for the sake and sanity of students everywhere, but also an attempt of rising the awareness of teachers as far as their impact on their students' future fates is concerned is concerned.
Abstract: The student – teacher interaction is something that everyone experiences at some point in life. Without doubt, the aftertaste of this type of encounter has repercussions for all the actors involved. However, due to the nature of things, students’ lives are more prone to be affected by their teachers’ influence than the other way round. For this reason, teachers should always use their power and authority wisely. Due to the great responsibility that they have in relation to the students that they do not only formally teach, but also attempt to perfect, it is utterly important for teachers to be aware of the narcissistictendencies humans share. Therefore, this paper represents not only a cry for help for the sake and sanity of students everywhere, but also an attempt of rising the awareness of teachers as far as their impact on their students’ future fates is concerned.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the role of migration and unemployment in the dynamics of crime, and confirmed that these two factors have a major input into the quantitative and qualitative analysis of crime.
Abstract: Undeniably, crime is a pervasive phenomenon in contemporary society. Many times, we wondered why people commit crimes. Surely, the answer depends on diverse academic backgrounds. What we see is the effect of crime and the ways of committing it, but what is really important is its causality, the reasons that determine individuals to have a deviant conduct. Regarding criminal causality, different theories have emerged along time, grouped into three categories: biological, psychological and sociological. No theory is more important than the other, because they complement each other, trying to unravel the mystery of crime causality. Sociological theories question, among other causes, migration and unemployment. Their role in the dynamics of crime is overwhelming. Studies have confirmed that the two criminological factors have a major input into the quantitative and qualitative analysis of crime. Unemployment is closely linked to migration, and this, in turn, is inextricably linked to living standards. Unemployment, as an exogenous crime factor, is related to the individuals’ poverty and free time. When they decline, crime will also decrease.

Abstract: The aim of the study is to explain the concept of otherness as a mythical dimension of the man as a creator in the context of contemporary drama. The approach is a hermeneutics one, but the intention is to extend the analysis towards an interdisciplinary approach due to the multiple ways that otherness reveals on the background of the insular space of the theater as interface of cultural and social. We wish to draw attention to the mythical-symbolic elements that catalyzes the relation between drama and its putting on stage . In our point of view the importance of the drama is the revealing the way that a prototype lives in everyone and the myth is a generating center of identities and otherness in a World of correlations. Mythical models are bringing the imaginary and objectivity into a manageable collaboration that resonate a sense of reality in order to make seen the unseen by ritual as a link between myth and culture.

Abstract: The paper explores the ways in which a student teacher’s product, developed as an assigned task, can be used to appreciate categories of knowledge achieved during the Didactic of History course. The target group represented History students at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of History, that are enrolled in the Initial Teacher Training program. The research hypothesis is that students, when confronted with the task of developing and presenting a product of their own learning, mobilize a range of categories of knowledge that were fostered in their initial training program, and are able to elaborate arguments concerning the use of their learning products. The research aims at relating several ideas concerning the process of learning in which student teachers must be involved, such as authentic learning, memorable learning experiences, visible learning and categories of knowledge they have to use.
