Abstract: An analytical approach based on linear periodic time- varying theory, is developed to analyze the noise characteristics of current-commutating CMOS mixers. Based on the derived transfer functions with memory efiect of tail capacitance, the frequency- dependent noise transforming factors for individual stages in the mixers are numerically computed to rigorously describe the noise output. A unifled noise expression considering both the thermal noise and the ∞icker noise is proposed. It enables the noise analysis of the mixers particularly for a high LO frequency with difierent IF characteristics, and is verifled by measurements.

Abstract: Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets,as a further generalization of intuitionistic fuzzy sets,has more powerful ability to represent fuzzy information than intuitionistic fuzzy sets.Based on the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set theory,three extended methods based on the well known Hamming distance,the Euclidean distance and their normalized counterparts for measuring distances between interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets are given.Then the corresponding theorem and proof are given.

Abstract: To the hot research topic: analysis of integrating performance and reliability, this paper presents the circuit fault simulation method, which is combined the EDA simulation with fault injection. After describing the basic principle of such method, this paper discusses fault modeling, fault injection and fault judgment in detail, which are contained in circuit fault simulation. By using a representative case, it is validated that the circuit fault simulation method is correct and the method will be significant for engineering practicability.
