TL;DR: BXTM detection for diagnosis of malignant tumor with high sensitivity, broad-spectrum and in the early diagnosis ofmalignant tumor, benign and malignant tumors and tumors check differential has important significance.
Abstract: Objective Analysis of serum tumor related material(BXTM) detection for malignant tumor early diagnosis of significance. Methods A,B and C for three groups of patients BXTM serum concentrations of testing. Results A group of patients with higher leels of BXTM B and C two group,P0.01 significant.Group B and C P0.05 compared, the difference was not statistically significant.Among them, for lung cancer detection sensitivity of 86.84%,68.75% esophagus, stomach, colorectal cancer 90.48%,85%.Benign tumor of the specificity of 92.3%,specificity of autoimmune diseases and infections disease 87.5% for the specificity of 85.71%.Conclusion Because BXTM detection for diagnosis of malignant tumor with high sensitivity, therefore broad-spectrum and in the early diagnosis of malignant tumor, benign and malignant tumors and tumors check differential has important significance.

TL;DR: This shows that the treatment with Rg3 program can improve the patient's fatigue symptoms significantly, improve quality of life, and reduce the fatigue symptom caused by chemotherapy.
Abstract: Objective To explore the influences of ginsenoside Rg3 on immune function and fatigue of the postoperative patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods The prospective, randomized, controlled method was adopted. One hundred and twenty patients with NSCLC were randomly assigned to 3 groups:Rg3 combined therapy group (Shenyi Capsule plus chemotherapy,46 cases),chemotherapy group (44 cases) and Rg3 group (30 cases). Observing and comparative analyzing the quality of life in the three groups; and using biotin to detect the changes of cellular immune function before and after treatment, and observe the improve of fatigue patients. Results The Changes of immune function:there were Varying degrees of improve in Rg3 group and Rg3 combined with chemotherapy before and after treatment, the chemotherapy group there were varying degrees of lower. The change of fatigue:the average incidence of fatigue in three groups was 68.1%,the incidence of fatigue in chemotherapy group were significantly higher than before treatment, there was significant difference (p 0.05);the incidence of fatigue in Rg3 combined group and Rg3 group significantly reduced after treatment, there was significant difference (p 0.05).This shows that the treatment with Rg3 program can improve the patient's fatigue symptoms significantly, improve quality of life. Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg3 can improve the immune function, reduce the fatigue symptom caused by chemotherapy, improve the patient's quality of life. It's mechanism might be correlated with protecting bone marrow, liver and renal function

TL;DR: Type 2 diabetic patients carrying 4a are susceptible to diabetic nephropathy and 4a allele is an independent risk factor in developing diabetic neephropathy.
Abstract: Objective To investigate the association of an insertion/deletion(4b/4a) polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) gene with diabetic nephropathy(DN) in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 207 chinese subjects(69 with type 2 diabetic nephropathy,75 without nephropathy but type 2 diabetes,63 with heathy volunteers) were selected to join in the experiment. The polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) gene was assayed by extraction DNA from whole blood,PCR and electrophoretic separation. Results Type 2 diabetic patiengts with nephropathy showed high freguencies of 4a allele than type 2 diabetic patients without nephropathy and heathy volunteers(χ2=8.2439,P0.0167;χ2=7.6537,P0.0167).There is indifference between type 2 diabetic patients without nephropathy and heathy volunteers. Conclusion Type 2 diabetic patients carrying 4a are susceptible to diabetic nephropathy.4a allele is an independent risk factor in developing diabetic nephropathy.

TL;DR: Vitamin D deficiency are closely associated with PCOS endocrine disorders, and disorders of vitamin D may also obesity has certain correlation with the patient.
Abstract: Objective To study the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome serum vitamin D concentrations relationship with endocrine disorder. Methods Collected from 78 patients diagnosed with PCOS patients as case group, another 20 cases of healthy women of child-bearing age as controls, calculating body mass index(BMI),serum testosterone(T),estradiol(E2),LH,FSH and the concentration of serum 25-(OH)D3,and OGTT and insulin releasing test,QUICKI index is calculated. Results Cases group 25-(OH)D3 concentration with BMI,T,LH/FSH has certain negative correlation, and QUICKI values were positively correlated. Conclusion Vitamin D deficiency are closely associated with PCOS endocrine disorders, and disorders of vitamin D may also obesity has certain correlation with the patient.
