Abstract: The objectives in this study are 1) to find out the implementation of pedagogical competence of teachers in thematic learning in SD Negeri 06 Kampung Lapai, 2) to find out the obstacles or problems experienced by teachers in implementing the pedagogical competence of teachers in thematic learning at SD Negeri 06 Kampung Lapai, 3) to find solutions to overcome obstacles in implementing teacher pedagogical competence in thematic learning at SD Negeri 06 Kampung Lapai. The method in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and also documentation. The results of the study that can be concluded are the implementation of teacher pedagogical competencies in thematic learning at SD Negeri 06 Kampung Lapai is already good, although there are some obstacles in applying it such as different teacher education backgrounds, weak methods and the use of instructional media. The efforts to overcome the problems that occur are by conducting functional training and teacher competence in the beginning of the new school year, and motivating teachers so that teachers can improve the learning process process for the better. Abstract: This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes and implementation of learning by using props. The location of the research was conducted at SDN No 14 Simbolon Purba Palipi Subdistrict Samosir District with the subject of research is the fourth grader of 20 people. Data collection techniques used are tests and observation sheets. Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes using visual aids in science lesson material Framework man and its function in the fourth grade students SDN No. 14 Simbolon Purba Academic Year 2017/2018. Abstract: This study aims to: (1) find out the feasibility of interactive learning media based on learning modelGuided Inquiry on Style material in class IV SD Negeri 101776 Sampali and (2) to know the effectiveness of using interactive media based on learning modelGuided Inquiry on the material of Style in class IV SD Negeri 101776 Sampali FY 2017/2018. This type of research is a development research using the Borg and Gall product development model combined with the Dick and Carey development model. Trial subjects consisted of 3 students for individual testing, 9 students for small group testing, and 29 students for limited field testing. Based on hypothesis test result using t test with significance level (α = 0,05) obtained titung 2,76 and ttabel 2,001. From these results, it is known that thitung ≥ t table shows there are differences in learning outcomes between students using interactive learning media based on guided inquiry model (guided inquiry) with students using guided inquiry model (guided inquiry) and textbooks. Abstract: ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi paedagogik guru di SDS Inti Nusantara kota Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena masih banyak guru yang belum mampu merancang rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang baik dan efektif yang dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru dalam mengajar untuk mencapai pembelajaran yang diharapkan. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru-guru yang bertugas di SDS Inti Nusantara kota Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah ( PTS) yang langkah – langkah kegiatanya meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan lembar observasi yang menghasilkan data kualitatif diakhir penelitian.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keberhasilan kegiatan mentoring yang dilakukandengan gambaran sebagai berikut: Perumusan tujuan pembelajaran hasil rata-rata menunjukkan angka 70%. Pada penentuan bahan ajar diperoleh hasil 80%,Penentuan strategi/metode pembelajaran ia dan alat mencapai 75% dengan variasi yang semakin beragam. Pada penentuan media dan alat pembelajaran ada peningkatan hingga 80%, dan Perencanaan kegiatan evaluasi bisa mencapai 70% dan sudah mencantumkan, bentuk, jenis dan bahkan soal yang digunakan beserta kunci jawaban atau pedoman penilaiannya, serta mencantumkan alokasi waktu yang dibutuhkan Kata kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, dan Pendampingan.

Abstract: This research aims in descripting Science Process Competence (KPS) and student scientific behavior at SMP I Atap Pulau Tunda, Tirtayasa Region , Serang Regency. This research was an introduction research /observation to determine the study method or model that can elevate KPS and student scientific attitude. The research sample was students of SMP I Atap Pulau Tunda selected by purposive sampling . Data was collected from KPS test, observation sheets of students scientific behavior during learning process, interview sheets, and learning rank by the teacher. This research result shows that the Science Process Competence and the scientific behavior of the students were still low . Some of the reasons were the learning process was still ‘teacher centered’, the teacher knowledge related to KPS and the scientific behavior was still not adequate, and the training experience was still not maximum. Trainings given to teacher related to learning method and model, seminars about KPS and scientific behavior , and facilitation given by of the headmaster and the government are hopefully can elevate Science Process Competence and the scientific behavior at SMP I Atap Pulau Tunda.
