Abstract: The D-psicose was convered from D-fructose by the biological production.The technology of separation and purification of D-psicose was established according to the methods of ion exchange resin desalting and bleaching,DTF-Ca2+ cation exchange chromatography.The optimal Ca2+ cation exchange chromatography conditions:column temperature of 60℃,the input volume of 10mL and the flow velocity of 1mL/min.The purity of D-psicose was 98.3%.

Abstract: Alkaline proteases was one of the most important groups of industrial enzymes and used in the detergent,leather,brewing and so on.On the basis of single-factor test,response surface methodology of three factors and three levels was used to analyze the main factors affecting fermentation production of alkaline protease by Bacillus licheniformis 20203 in order to improve the activity of protease.Results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were as follows:glucose 1.5%,soybean cake 6%,lactose 4%,(NH 4) 3 PO 4 1.2%,KCl 0.03%,CaCl 2 0.07%,MgSO 4 0.02%,Tween80 0.05%,initial pH9,37℃,300r/min.The produced protease activity was up to 2382u/mL after 5 days.Native-Page showed that the molecular weight of protease was 35ku.

Abstract: [Objective] comparing and analyzing pesticide maximum residue limits index in Food between international codex alimentarius commission(CAC) standards and China national standards.[Methods] Gradually comparison from pesticide species,residual food category and maximum residue limits index values.[Result] 153 pesticide species,88 residual food categories and 576 residue limit indexes are referred by China national standards,and 144 pesticide species,232 residual food categories and 2825 residue limit indexes by CAC standard.Contrasting with each other,91 pesticide species is the same.Within comparable limit indexes,142 limits index values of China national standards is equal with CAC,72 limits index values is stricter than CAC and only 52 limits index values is higher than CAC.[Conclusion] 80 percent of comparable residue limits index values in China national standards attain or exceed the requirement of CAC standards.Detailed and large numbers of food referred by CAC standards is the main reason for big difference at the amount of residual food category and limits index between CAC and China.

Abstract: 采用苯酚-硫酸法及蒽酮-硫酸法测定发菜细胞培养液中水溶性多糖含量,分别对两种测定方法的稳定性、重复性、回收性及培养基中离子对测定结果的干扰程度进行比较.实验结果表明,两种方法的测定精度、稳定性、重复性等较好.培养基中的离子对两种方法的测定结果均有显著影响,因此待测样品应先去除离子后再进行测定.在测定多糖含量较少的样品时,苯酚-硫酸法更为适用.
