TL;DR: In this article, a detailed analysis of gender differences in science with difference kind theory is presented, and a theory-based strategy for reducing and eliminating the gender inequality in science and technology is proposed.
Abstract: Science and technology are the important drivers for social development, while gender differences obviously exist in the field of science and technology. Women are still facing a great deal of difficulty to enter into the scientific community; the discriminatory barriers have been preventing women from equal access to opportunities for developing their scientific qualifications. This situation not only shows women disadvantage in science, but also indicates society can not get more benefit from women's contribution to science and technology. This paper focused on a detailed analysis of gender differences in science with difference kind theory, and proposed theory-based strategies for reducing and eliminating the gender inequality in science and technology.

Abstract: During the past decade, the relationship between market-orientation an d organizational performance became a hot topic in marketing theoretical research, and many researchers believed that strong market-orientation is the prerequisite for a firm to create superior value for customers and then get its competiti ve advantage. With the development of organizational learning theory, more and more marketing academicians are willing to introduce organizational learning theory into ″market orientation-organizational performance″ analytical framework to further the explanations of the relationship between them. This paper briefly introduced this research stream by a review of some contributing literatures.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors summarize models, measures and tools of enterprise risk management systematically and describes deterministic models and undeterministric models particularly, and estimate pitfalls and virtues of different kinds of models wholely.
Abstract: The paper summaries models, measures and tools of enterprise risk management systematically and describes deterministic models and undeterministric models particularly. Then it estimates pitfalls and virtues of different kinds of models wholely. Existing modeling methods are short at their narrow scope, unilateral objects, rigor hypotheses and lack of capabilities of intergrating various kinds of risks. Finally, new methods such as shadow options theory, real options theory and games theory are put forward in order to conquer these demerits, which creatively combine both quantitative and qualitative techniques.

TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of the green knowledge stock and the nongreen knowledge stock on technology innovation within or outside the region and influence of environmental regulations on green technology innovation and the non-green technology innovation is analyzed.
Abstract: The paper constructs a mathematical model and conducts an empirical test on China's 31 provinces between 2003-2011 based on panel data method.Based on the model and empirical test, the paper analyzes the influence of the green knowledge stock and the nongreen knowledge stock on technology innovation within or outside the region and the influence of environmental regulations on green technology innovation and the nongreen technology innovation. The results show that the internal green knowledge stock is positively related to green patent activities, while the nongreen knowledge stock is positively related to green patent activities. It is obvious that there is path dependence in the type of innovation both from green knowledge stock and from the the nongreen knowledge stock. The higher the aggregate spillovers, the more enterprises in the region in favor of green technology innovation.Environmental regulations inhibit the influence of the nongreen knowledge stock within or outside the region significantly. And it promote the green technology innovation and the nongreen technology innovation. The impact of environmental regulations is not ideal. Therefore, the government should increase the intensity of environmental regulation and implement reasonable policies in order to promote China's green development.
