Abstract: Optical fiber electrode nephelometry is adopted in determining the cell concentration in fermentative liquid,and the choice of the wavelength and the diluent is discussed.The selected wavelength is 620nm,the diluent is the mixed solution of n butyl alcohol,ethanol and chloroform.we are using the determinable value of the absorption to quantify the cell concentration.The method is easy,quick and accurate.The relative error is less than 3%,and the relative standard derivation is less than 3%.It has high accuracy and better property,and is adaptable to the control of practical production in the industry.

Two kinds of flavor cyclic carbonate IDDO and green oxane were synthesized using TMPD as raw material.The applications of the two flavors on foodstuff were simply introduced.

Abstract: A new profile control agent,fluosilicic acid water glass,was studied in this paper.Its performance was compared with that of bydrochloric acid water glass system.The results showed that the fluorsilicic acid water glass system is of the advantages such as low cost,good profile control and sand consoidation ability.The dual effects of profile control and sand consolidation can be observed when it is used in water injection wells.

Abstract: A new kind of oil soluble polymer JHXD as selective water shutoff agent was prepared based on the requirement of selective plugging in water injected oilfields. The experimental results show that JHXD is of good oil solubility, its water plugging ratio is more than 99% and oil plugging ratio is only about 10%, there fore, JHXD is an excellent selective water shutoff agent.
