Abstract: Hydroxynitrile lyases are the versatile group of enzymes,which play a significant defensive role in plant system against microbial attack. In chemical industries, hydroxynitrile lyase is used as an important industrial biocatalyst for the synthesis of chiral cyanohydrins by exploiting the reversible enzymatic reaction. Cyanohydrins are biologically active compounds used in synthesis of β-amino alcohols, a-hydroxy ketones anda-hydroxy acids, which have importance as fine chemicals, Pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. Protein engineering and site directed mutagenesis have been used to change the active site and alter the substrate specificity of various ydroxynitrile lyases. Many recombinant hydroxynitrile lyases have been expressed in Escherichia coli, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Pichia pastoris.

Abstract: The feasibility of commercializing the MTO technology was analyzed in this work.The reliability of the MTO technology was exhibited from the aspects of process,catalyst selection and other technical indexes via being compared to the traditional FCC technology;The riskes related to catalyst consumption and product distribution,which may arise during the industry scale-up process,were discussed;Finally,the corrsponding resolutions were brought out to avoid such risks.

TL;DR: In this article, the main parameters such as temperature, time and pH value, which affect the stability of L-His solution, were studied and the experiment results indicated that the premium conditions that keep the stability were: temperature is 6?℃, standing time is 72 hours and the pH value is pI.
Abstract: The main parameters such as temperature,time and pH value,which affect the stability of L-His solution,were studied in this paper.The experiment results indicate that premium conditions that keep the stability of L-His solution are:temperature is 6?℃,standing time is 72 hours and the pH value is pI.In these perameters mentioned above,the maximum affection one is temperature,then the time and pH value.To assure the stability of L-His solution,it should be reserved at low temperature and after three days,the standard L-His solution at pI value should be reprepared.

Abstract: Dendrimers are a group of highly ordered, three-dimensional, treelike functional polymers. Dendrimers are monodisperse macromolecules and they have well-defined structure,controlled surface functionality and size.Dendrimer size increases linearly and the number of surface functional groups increases exponentially with generation number. So functionalization of dendrimers attracts scientists' interest. And the using of them as drug carriers is one of the focuses of current research. In this review we just summarize their uses in drug research field.

Abstract: Here is a new method for removing the basic nitrides from diesel oil by microwave radiation In this experiment 95% Ethanol as the extraction solvent is used,some factors such as the power of microwave radiation, the time of microwave radiation, the pressure and the oil phase-to-solvent phase volume ratio(S/ O) are investigated The result shows that when the power is 412 5W, the time of radiation is 6min,the pressure is 05MPa,the oil phase-to-solvent phase volume ratio(S/O) is 05, the removal rate of basic nitrides can reach 586 % Compared with the conventional method, the new method is not only simple, but also has the advantages of shorter reaction time and less contamination

Abstract: Synthesis and application of pentaerythritol-dihydrogenphosphate melamine were reported,The test results show that using phosphoric acid pentaerythritol and melamine as raw materials,the selected synthetic conditions of pentaerythritol-dihydrogenphosphate melamine are stable,the thermal decomposition temperature of the product is high,the product has good flame-retarding effect when applied in PP.And it is an ideal environment-friendly flame-retardant.
