Abstract: Most of Daqing oil shale content is more than 10%,which is worth to be developed.The studies indicate that the mechanical strength of oil shale is poor,and fine-grained oil shale process should be selected to deal with the oil shale.The shale oil mainly consists of diesel oil and heavy oil,respectively used to produce petroleum products and directly be fuel oil.Calorific capacity of shale gas is about 17 MJ/m3,can be used as city gas or fuel of industrial boiler.Ignition point of semicoke is low,calorific capacity is about 23 MJ/kg,can be available as cleaner fuels to produce electricity or civilian use.The shale ash is mainly content of calcium oxide and monoxideide,can used to produce construction materials.

Abstract: Sizing agents for paper are more paraffin and rosin,emulsifying wax can be used to reduce the amount of rosin.Emulsifying wax was prepared using the mixure of oxide wax and paraffin wax,by adding the emulsifying agent of binary match.The result shows that the amount of emulsifying agent is 7%(mass fraction) around,at the emulsifying temperature of 85 ℃,emulsifying time of 30 min,stirring speed of 800 r/min,emulsifying wax is relatively stable,good dispersibility and more suitable for sizing paper with wax.

Abstract: Oleic acid was oxidized to azelaic acid by ozone and hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant jointly in this paper.The effect of major factors,such as the concentration of hydrogen peroxide,the concentration of ozone,ozonolysis time,different types of tungsten and phase transfer catalyst,were discussed.The results showed that the yield of azelaic acid was up to 71%,when the oxidation was taken under the following condition:oleic acid 20 g,phosphotungstic acid hydrate 0.6 g,CTAB 0.6 g,30% hydrogen peroxide solution 60 mL,reaction temperature 70 ℃,reaction time 8 h.The result of reaction mechanism of both ozone and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant jointly showed that ·OH is an important reactant in the synthesis of azelaic acid.

Abstract: The microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) technology of rutin from sophora japonica was studied.It was concluded the optimal conditions with orthogonal test L9(34)1∶18 times amount of 65% ethanol was added,time of extraction treatment was 4 min,power of microwave radiation was 320 W.The operation was simple,feasible and provided a scientific basis for the extraction method of sophora japonica.

Abstract: Ceramics timber of low temperature is a kind of material which uses plant remainder and the phosphorus dreg of industry abolishes as main raw materials,uses chemically bounded ceramic as its binder.The material is made under the condition that close to the normal atmospheric temperature. It's a new-type artificial timber which has double performance of both ceramics and timber.What's more,it's also a kind of CBC(Chemically Bonded Ceramics) composite.The ceramics performance of the ceramics timber of low temperature can be summarized as follows,the stability,hardness,fire-retardant, nonpoisonous,lasting.At the time,the ceramics timber of low temperature has the performance of timber,such as light quality,pliable and tough,processing and decorating.This thesis is based on the CBC glue congeaable materials which is made of phosphorus dreg of industry abolishes and the pharmaceutical exciter.Adopt technics of enhancing of wetness and heat.The effects of ratio of raw materials,molding press of materials were explored.The results show the ceramics timber of low temperature that has excellent physical mechanical properties and can replaces nature timber and the traditional wood-based plate.It is widely used in the aspect of building decoration,building wall,the building keeps warm and insulates against heat and the structure of the building,etc.
