Abstract: In this article,the viscothermo properties experimental studies for different blocks of heavy oil were carried out using Anton Paar MCR301 Rotational Rheometer,also the specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity of rock,water and different regions of heavy oil were determined by HA-Ⅱspecific heat measuring devices and HA-Ⅱthermal conductivity measurement apparatus in the range of 20~300 ℃.The results of the study indicated that the viscosity of heavy oil is very sensitive to temperature and is significantly reduced with temperature rises.And the values of specific heat capacity of heavy oil change in the range from 1.684 to 4.493 9 J/(g·K) at temperature ranging from 20 to 300 ℃,the range of which varies greatly.Meanwhile,all the thermal conductivity of heavy oil has decreased with increasing temperature and is extremely close in value,the range of which change quite small with its range varying from 0.119 6 to 0.165 W/(m·K) at temperature ranging from 20 to 300 ℃.

Abstract: Preparation of furoin using furfural as raw materials and VB1 as catalysis has been studied in alkaline conditions,pH of 8 to 9.Furoin was oxidized to furil by CuSO4-C5H5N as an oxidant.The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time,the amount of VB1 and oxidant.on the yield of the product was observed.Optimum conditions of synthesizing technology of furoin were determined,reaction temperature was 65 ℃,the mixture was refluxed for 2 hours,the amount of VB1 was 8.0 g.The yield of the product reached 82.7%.Optimum conditions of synthesizing technology of furil were determined,reaction temperature was 100 ℃,the mixture was refluxed for 2.5 hours,n(CuSO4):n(C5H5N)∶n(H2O) = 1∶4.3∶9.0.The yield of the product reached 91.7%.The product of furoin is white needle-like crystals,the melting point of 138~139 ℃.The product of furil is yellow needle-like crystals,the melting point of 165~166 ℃.Structure of objective products was characterized by IR and elementary analysis.

Abstract: BPO4 Powders were prepared by an approach of solvent azeotropic dewatering under diffierent reaction time,using H3BO3 and 85% H3PO4 as starting materials,cyclohexane as water-carrying agentThe powder was charactered by XRD and FT-IR,the results showed that products contained small amount of unreacted H3BO3The products were heated in the oven at 120 ℃ and 140 ℃ in different time,and tested by XRD and FT-IRThe results showed the pure BPO4 powders can be synthetized when boil-together 2 h with heat treatment 6 h at 120 ℃ or with heat treatment 4 h at 140 ℃ and boil-together 5 h with treatment 4 h at 120 ℃ or with heat treatment 2 h at 140 ℃

Abstract: Functional gradient material(FGM)is a new kind of nonhomogeneous composite.According to the design concept of FGM,its chemical composition,microstructure and atomic order vary gradently and continuously from one side to another,therefore its propery and funtion vary gradully along the line of thickness.The concept and preparation of functionally gradient material are introduced The research development on FGM is disscussed and the propspects of FGM are presented.
