Abstract: The supercritical water has some special characteristics that common water has no, and it can mix with oxygen with any ratio and offer solvent condition of SCWO reaction. It is a new research aspect to apply the SCWO technology on environmental protection. The technology has rapid development in recent years because of its many advantages such as low cost, good speed and high efficiency in disposing of wastes. The paper introduces the characteristics of supercritical water and the principles of SCWO, and reviews the applications of SCWO technique in treating poison organic wastes, downflow sludge and human metabolism, and point out the problems of SCWO during the research, and finally the application progresses in industry are introduced.

Abstract: Hydroxynitrile lyases are the versatile group of enzymes,which play a significant defensive role in plant system against microbial attack. In chemical industries, hydroxynitrile lyase is used as an important industrial biocatalyst for the synthesis of chiral cyanohydrins by exploiting the reversible enzymatic reaction. Cyanohydrins are biologically active compounds used in synthesis of β-amino alcohols, a-hydroxy ketones anda-hydroxy acids, which have importance as fine chemicals, Pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. Protein engineering and site directed mutagenesis have been used to change the active site and alter the substrate specificity of various ydroxynitrile lyases. Many recombinant hydroxynitrile lyases have been expressed in Escherichia coli, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Pichia pastoris.

Abstract: Fracturing liquid contains lots of organic additive,complicated composition,high COD,difficult to handle.This experiment research object is water-based fracturing fluid from a petrochemical company effluent treatment plant,on the basis of the analysis on the water characteristics,putting forward preoxidation-coagu-flocculation-ozone deeply oxidation composite process.The results show that after preoxidation-coagu-flocculation treatment,the CODOH-KI removal is 82.3%,then using ozone for deeper oxidation,CODOH-KI removal is 86.5%,fracturing Liquid has a good treatment effect.
