Abstract: ABSTRAKImunitas merupakan salah satu elemen yang dapat menciptakan kesehatan pada jangka panjang terutama diera pandemi COVID-19. Ancaman imunitas yang dari penyebaran COVID-19 selain melakukan vaksin, dibutuhkan nya mengkonsumsi bahan minuman probiotik yang kaya akan sumber polifenol dan dihasilkan melalui proses bioteknologi fermentasi bunga telang yaitu kombucha. Wisatawan yang terdapat pada kawasan pantai Carita Matahari kabupaten Pandeglang Provinsi Banten cenderung mengalami peningkatan terutama pasca vaksin sehingga perlu dihimbau dan juga disosialisasikan mengenai pemanfaatan kombucha bunga telang dalam menstabilkan imunitas dari kegiatan sehari-hari yang cenderung dapat mengancam imunitas. Hasil survey telah membuktikan bahwa sebanyak 100% wisatawan yang berasal dari kaum awam yang sedang bertamasya telah mengetahui mengenai potensi kombucha bunga telang sebagai minuman probiotik yang mampu meningkatkan imunitas dan konsentrasi gula pasir sebesar 40% pada fermentasi kombucha bunga telang telah disukai oleh wisatawan baik dari segi aroma maupun rasa. Kata kunci: pantai carita; wisatawan; imunitas; kombucha; bunga telang ABSTRACTImmunity is one element that can create long-term health, especially in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. The threat of immunity from the spread of COVID-19 in addition to vaccines, it is necessary to consume probiotic drink ingredients that are rich in polyphenol sources and produced through the biotechnology process of telang flower fermentation, namely kombucha. Tourists located in the Carita Matahari beach area, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province tend to experience an increase, especially after the vaccine, so they need to be encouraged and also socialized about the use of telang flower kombucha in stabilizing immunity from daily activities that tend to threaten immunity. The survey results have proven that as many as 100% of tourists who come from ordinary people who are sightseeing already know about the potential of telang flower kombucha as a probiotic drink that can increase immunity and the concentration of granulated sugar of 40% in fermented kombucha flower telang has been favored by tourists both in terms of aroma and taste. Abstract: ABSTRAKBerfikir kemudian bertindak merupakan cerminan kedewasaan yang ditunjukkan oleh seorang pemimpin. Semakin kompleks permasalahan dalam sebuah instansi tentu akan menempa jiwa kepemimpinan seseorang. Kematangan berfikir akan tumbuh berkembang seiring dengan keilmuan dan pengalaman. Namun, sebuah kompetensi bagi seorang kepala sekolah dapat dilatih dan diasah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sosial-emosional bagi kepala sekolah penggerak di Kabupaten Asahan. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan pengabdian ini adalah dengan melalui lokakarya. Pada tahapan pelaksanaannya tim peneliti menyampaikan materi dengan metode andragogy atau pembelajaran bagi orang dewasa. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan konsep mulai dari diri, ekplorasi konsep, ruang kolaborasi, refleksi terbimbing, demonstrasi kontekstual, elaborasi pemahaman dan koneksi antar materi. Melalui tahapan tersebut para kepala sekolah penggerak dapat memahami kompetensi sosial-emosional yang meliputi kesadaran diri, pengelolaan diri, kesadaran sosial, keterampilan relasi dan pengambilan keputusan yang bertanggungjawab. Kata kunci: kompetensi; sosial-emosional; sekolah penggerak; lokakarya. ABSTRACTThinking then acting is a reflection of the maturity shown by a leader. The more complex the problems in an agency will certainly forge a person's leadership spirit. Maturity of thinking will grow along with knowledge and experience. However, a competency for a school principal can be trained and honed. This service aims to improve the socio-emotional competence of principals of movement schools in Asahan District. The method used to achieve this service goal is through workshops. At the implementation stage, the research team delivered material using the andragogy method or learning for adults. The stages of implementing the activity begin with concepts ranging from self, concept exploration, collaboration space, guided reflection, contextual demonstration, elaboration of understanding and connections between materials. Through these stages, the principals of driving schools can understand social-emotional competencies which include self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision-making. Abstract: ABSTRAKKegiatan PKM yang dilaksanakan untuk guru SMP di kabupaten Aceh Utara ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam menyusun dan mengembangkan soal matematika dan sains berbasis numerasi, sebagai persiapan guru dalam membimbing siswa menghadapi Asesmen Nasional (AN). AN mulai diterapkan sebagai sistem evaluasi di Indonesia pada tahun 2021 yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini didasari oleh permasalahan mitra yaitu:(1) Belum adanya pelatihan khusus untuk penyusunan dan pengembangan soal matematika dan sains berbasis numerasi. (2) Minimnya pemahaman guru dan keterbatasan ide dalam penyusunan soal berbasis numerasi. (3) Guru belum menggunakan soal matematika dan sains berbasis numerasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, pertama analisis pemahaman awal guru terkait tujuan dan instrumen yang digunakan dalam AN. Tahap kedua pemaparan materi mengenai strategi penyusunan soal matematika dan sains berbasis numerasi serta penerapan di sekolah. Selanjutnya, tahap ketiga penyusunan soal matematika dan sains berbasis numerasi. Soal-soal yang sudah disusun oleh peserta, kemudian dievaluasi dan dianalisis berdasarkan kriteria soal numerasi. Di akhir kegiatan pelatihan, peserta mengisi angket respon untuk mengetahui efektifitas dan keberhasilan kegiatan pelatihan ini. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat, dapat meningkatkan motivasi, sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru, pemateri sangat responsive terhadap pertanyaan peserta, dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta dalam menyusun dan mengembangkan soal berbasis numerasi, serta perserta bersedia untuk ikut berpartisipasi jika kegiatan ini diselenggarakan kembali. AN will be implemented as an evaluation system in Indonesia in 2021 which aims to improve the quality of learning. This activity is based on partner problems, namely: (1) There is no special training for the preparation and development of numeracy-based math and science questions. (2) The teacher's lack of understanding and limited ideas in the preparation of numeration-based questions. (3) Teachers have not used numeration-based math and science questions in the learning process. The training activities are carried out in three stages, firstly an analysis of the teacher's initial understanding of the objectives and instruments used in the National Assessment. The second stage is the presentation of material on strategies for formulating numeracy-based math and science questions and their application in schools. Next, the third stage is the preparation of numeration-based math and science questions. The questions that have been prepared by the participants are then evaluated and analyzed based on the criteria for numeracy questions. At the end of the training activity, participants filled out a response questionnaire to determine the effectiveness and success of this training activity. The results obtained are that the implementation of this training activity is very useful, can increase motivation, according to the needs of the teacher, the presenters are very responsive to participant questions, can increase the understanding and ability of participants in compiling and developing numeration-based questions, and participants are willing to participate if this activity reorganized. Abstract: ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di era zaman serba digital dan visual saat ini, pelaku usaha harus memahami dan memiliki keterampilan dalam hal penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Agar kegiatan promosi melalui mediasosial menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien diperlukan tampilan produk secara visual (promosi, dan kemasan) yang menarik. Keterbatasan keterampilan menggunakan aplikasi desain grafis untuk bisnis menjadi salah satu alasan untuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan. Selain memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya desain grafis untuk bisnis di zaman serba digital saat ini para peserta juga memperoleh peningkatan keterampilan dalam mendesain hal kemasan, materi media sosial dan logo untuk usaha. Hasil dari pengabdian ini didapatkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam hal mengoperasikan aplikasi desain seperti Canva untuk kebutuhan desain kemasan, logo, maupun tujuan promosi di media social. Pelatihan desain grafis untuk kebutuhan kewirausahaan seperti ini sangat penting dilakukan untuk mahasiswa, selain dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas dalam hal desain dan promosi usaha juga bisa menjadi peluang bisnis bagi mahasiswa untuk menyediakan jasa desain kepada para pelaku bisnis. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan, penulis menyarankan untuk pelaksanaan pelatihan dimasa yang akan datang dapat dilakukan dalam waktu yang lebih panjang dikarenakan pelaksanaan yang telah dilakukan selama 2 hari masing-masing 3 jam per hari dirasa belum cukup untuk membahas materi dan pelaksanaan praktek secara keseluruhan. ABSTRACTThe development of information and communication technology in the current digital and visual era, entrepreneurs must understand and have skills in the use of information and communication technology. In order for promotional activities through social media to be more effective and efficient, an attractive visual product display (promotion and packaging) is required. The limited skills of using graphic design applications for business are one of the reasons for this community service to be carried out. In addition to providing an understanding of the importance of graphic design for businesses in today's digital era, the participants also gained increased skills in designing packaging, social media materials and logos for businesses. The results of this service showed an increase in students' knowledge and abilities in terms of operating design applications such as Canva for packaging design needs, logos, and promotional purposes on social media. Graphic design training for entrepreneurial needs like this is very important for students, besides being able to increase creativity in terms of design and business promotion, it can also be a business opportunity for students to provide design services to business people. Based on the evaluation carried out, the authors suggest that the implementation of future training can be carried out in a longer time because the implementation that has been carried out for 2 days each 3 hours per day is deemed not sufficient to discuss the material and overall practice implementation. Abstract: ABSTRAKMitra kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah kelompok tani Sangkuriang Desa Garahan Kecamatan Silo Kabupaten Jember yang memiliki potensi ketersediaan hasil panen kopi robusta cukup banyak tetapi belum diupayakan pengolahan hasil kopi robusta secara optimal sehingga perlu adanya transfer teknologi tepat guna yang mudah diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk melalui pembuatan kopi instan. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan petani mitra kopi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan hasil kopi robusta, transfer teknologi tepat guna yang baru sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi penanganan pasca panen kopi robusta dan membuka peluang calon wirausaha baru dengan produk kopi robusta instan. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi untuk menjamin transfer pengetahuan dan teknologi berjalan sesuai target dan sasaran sehingga petani mitra berhasil mandiri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 1) Peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mitra tercapai dengan tanggapan yang baik dan antusias yang tinggi dari mitra; 2) Efisiensi penanganan pascapanen kopi mitra tercapai melalui pengembangan produk kopi instan yang dibuat dengan teknologi yang sederhana dan dengan bahan baku yang tersedia di lapang; 3) Peluang wirausaha baru bagi mitra dengan produk kopi robusta instan kemasan. The method of activity used includes counseling, training, mentoring, and evaluation to ensure the transfer of knowledge and technology goes according to targets and targets so that partner farmers succeed independently. The results of the activity show that 1) Increased knowledge and skills of partners are achieved with a good response and high enthusiasm from partners; 2) Efficiency of post-harvest handling of partner coffee is achieved through the development of instant coffee products made with simple technology and with raw materials available in the field; 3) New entrepreneurial opportunities for partners with packaged instant robusta coffee products.
