Abstract: Objective To establish human endometrial adenocarcinoma cell line.Methods Tumor tissues from 1 case with well differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma were made into single-cell suspension and cultured in DMED/F-12 medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum.The morphology of the cells was observed by inverted microscope.The immunofluorescent staining technique was used to detect cytokeratin in endometrial carcinoma cells.Results The cells were subcultured more than 50 generations,monolayer cultured cells were polygonal in shape and had a tendency to pile up without contact inhibition.The expression of cytokeratin was positive in the cells.Conclusion The novel endometrial adenocarcinoma cell line is successfully established.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of GnRHa in preventing chemotherapy-induced ovarian failurMethods 21 cases of postoperative adjuvant systemic chemotherapy in breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups: 11 cases of the control group were treated with conventional chemotherapy;10 cases of the study group were treated with conventional chemotherapy and Diphereline 375 mg im q28d every month subsequently until the end of chemotherapy,regular monitoring of the patient′s sex hormone levels and menstrualResults 8 cases of patients had amenorrhoea at three chemotherapy courses in the control,3 cases restored menstrual after stopping treatment,the time required to restore the menstrual with 30-90 d,an average of about 73 dAll of patients in the study group had amenorrhoea in the first period of chemotherapy,9 cases recovered menstrual flow after chemotherapy,only 1 case had menstrual disorders,the time required to restore the menstrual with 37-46 d,an average of about 40 dThe menstruation recovery rate and recovery time were different in two groups after stopping(P005)The level of FSH,LH and E2 in the control group were higher than those in the study group when the chemotherapy stopped(P005)When the chemotherapy was stopped,the FSH level of those who were not amenorrhoea was higher than those of before treatment(P005),but the level of E2 and LH had no significant differences(P005)Conclusion Chemotherapy can lead to ovarian function damage in breast cancer patients,while chemotherapy combined with GnRHa was one of the effective means to protect ovarian function

Abstract: In this study, a simple and high-resolution four-degrees-of-freedom (4-DOF) motion error measuring system based on DVD pickup has been proposed. it can simultaneously measure the horizontal straightness error and three angular errors of a single-axis linear moving platform. The horizontal straightness error is measured based on the focus technique of DVD pickup and the inverse algorithm is used to solve pitch, yaw, and roll angular errors through the kinematic analysis. The grating is mounted on the moving axis of a single-axis linear moving platform and reflects incident laser beam into several diffractive rays. Photodiode IC (PDIC) of DVD pickup is set up for detecting the focus error signal (FES) of zero-order diffraction ray from grating and quadrant detectors are set up for detecting the position of ±1st-order diffraction rays from grating. The 4-DOF motion error measuring system detected the three angular errors with a related accuracy of about ±1 arc sec for a measuring range of ±100 arc sec, and detected horizontal straightness with a related accuracy of about ±2 μm for a measuring range of ±150 μm.
