Abstract: Objective: To find an ideal kind of PLAs membrane to prevent the of-scar formation after the trabeculectomy surgery.Method: 12 rabbits(24 eyes),were divided into PLA group(6 eyes),ploy DL lacticcaid(PLLDA)(6 eyes),PLLDA/GA(6 eyes)and the control group(6 eyes) randomly.All rabbits accepted the trabeculectomy.A piece of4mm×4mm membrane were puted between the sclera flaps in the experimental groups.After the surgery,the filterable bleb and inflammatory reaction,and histological changes were observed in 2weeks and 8 weeks later.Result: Of the 4 groups,the filterable bleb were most obvious in the first week after the surgery,there were no difference among them;Later the blebs of control group were smaller than those of the experimental groups.8 weeks after the surgery,the blebs of PLLDA/GA group was best.Histological study showed that the number of the fibroblast cells and inflammatory cells in the experimental groups were less than those in the control group.Conclusion: The PLAs have effect in the trabeculectomy surgery to prevent the formation of scar,of those groups,PLLDA/GA was best.

Abstract: Objectives: To probe into the neuroendoscopic locally applied anatomy in the cerebellopontine angle(CPA) and the utility of the neuroendoscopic assisted microsurgery.Methods: A craniotomy was performed on 2 cadaver heads and 38 patients with CPA lesions by neuroendoscope.Results: All of neurovascular structures in the CPA can be inspected by neuroendoscope.No postoperative complications and death occurred in the 38 patients.Conclusions: The CPA area can be divided into cranial,medial,and caudal three levels and each level has the known vessels and nerves under neuroendoscope.The neuroendoscopic assisted microsurgery for the cerebellopontine angle lesions can increase the microsurgical treatment effect and decrease the operative risk.

Abstract: Objective: To study the expression of IL-1β and TNF-α in the myocardium of murine cytomegalovirus(MCMV) myocarditis and to evaluate its effect on myocardial damage of MCMV myocarditisMethods: Sixty BALB/C mice of 4 weeks were randomly divided into two groups: 36 were injected intraperitoneally with MCMV(experimental group) and 24 served as control groupImmunohistochemistry technique was used to detect IL-1β and TNF-α expression in myocardium,and myocardial lesions were observed by histopathologyResults: Focal or diffuse lesions characterized by inflammatory cells and degeneration or necrosis of myocytes in experimental group were revealed in the myocardium;Positive staining signals of IL-1β and TNF-α proteins which mainly located in infiltrating inflammatory cells and degenerative or necrotic myocytes were markedly detectableThere were no positive findings in control groupConclusion: IL-1β and TNF-α can be found in myocardium of MCMV myocarditis modelIL-1β and TNF-α may play important roles in pathogenesis of viral myocarditis

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the role of the serum GrB and sFasl in the development of VMC and correlation with the serum myocardium enzyme. Methods: 40 children with VMC were selected. There were 30 healthy children as controls. By using the method of ELISA. the level of serum GrB and sFasL was assayed. Results:The levels of serum GrB and sFasL in patients with VMC were higher than those in the healthy group ( P 0. 05) .There was a positive correlation between the level of serum GrB,sFasL and myocardium enzyme. Conclusion: The higher level of serum GrB and sFasL may be important to the development of virus myocarditis in children.

Abstract: Objective:To study the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue(YQYYHX)recipe against diabetic extremital gangrene (DEG) in ratsMethods:In order to establish rat model with DEG,male Wistar rats were injected with moderate dose of steptozotocin (STZ),and then the room temperature was down regulated appropriatelyDiabetes mellitus (DM) rats were randomly divided into two groups:DM treated group and DM control group,then the DM treated group was treated with YQYYHX recipeAt the same time,each group's fasting plasma glucose (FPG),triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TCh) and fasting insulin (FINS) level were measured before and after the animal models were establishedAfter experiment,SOD,NOS,NO and MDA in pancreatic islet were measured,and the index of β-cell's function in HOMA (HBCI) was also calculated,in addition,each group's body weight (BW),water drinking amount (WDA) and syndrome of DEG were measuredResults:At the beginning of the experiment,compared with normal group,FPG,TG,TCh and WDA in DM group increased significantly (P005),while BW,FINS level and HBCI remarkably decreased (P005)At the end of the experiment,compared with the control group,FPG,TG,TCh,NO,NOS,MDA and WDA in the DM treated group significantly lowered (P005),while BW,FINS level,SOD and HBCI remarkably increased (P005),syndrome of DEG significantly mitigated too (P005)Conclusion:YQYYHX recipe can improve the β-cell's function of diabetic rats,increase FINS and HBCI,decrease FPG,TG,TCh,and be effective in treating diabetic rats with DEG

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of Puerain protection on renal in patients with obstructive jaundice(OJ).Methods: 56 patients of renal injury with OJ were randomly divided into 2 groups,28 patients each.Group A were gave common manegement post-operatively,while group B were gave Puerarin.Meanwhile,28 cases of non-jaundice patients who had hepatic or biliary diseases and also needed operations were compared as control group(group C).The levels of plsma endotheliotoxin(ET) and renal function in each group were observed pre and post operation.Results: creatinine clearance rate(Ccr) had a significantly negative relationship with ET(r=-0.80,P0.01).Compared with the level in first day pre-operative,the ET level in group B was significantly decreased(P0.05) together with the Ccr level was significantly increased(P0.01) in the seventh day post-operative.The changings of ET and Ccr levels in group A were not significant.In the seventh day post-operative the ET and Ccr levels were significantly different between group A and B.Conclusion: The Puerarin might resist renal injury by decreasing the blood ET level and increasing the renal perfusion.
