Abstract: The Global Code of Ethics for Tourism,claimed by World Tourism Organization in order to develop responsible and sustainable tourism,provides a frame of reference for tourists and stakeholders in 21ist century.Yet,the practice reveals the Code has not promptly responded and fully supported because of many factors.As for the Code itself,two problems hinder its influence: First,tourism right theory cannot provide a found foundation for the Code;Second,the false affirmation to support market economy barriers its practice.

Abstract: Self-reflection stems from both moral emotions or moral ideals and moral wisdom.Therefore,for one to reflect on oneself regularly and profoundly,on one hand,he has to improve his understanding of morality and moral wisdom and establish moral beliefs like "Virtues are the necessary conditions for one to obtain happiness."On the other hand,one has to extend and strengthen the moral desire of "becoming a man of virtue",and the moral emotion and moral ideal of being determined to become a gentleman,a benevolent man and even a saint.

Abstract: There are differences in the trust behavior between the Chinese and the Western for their distinct traditions,institutions and social structures.Analyzing the choices of actions made by the Chinese when they face some specific situations,I elaborate the formative modes,the functioning mechanisms and the restrictive mechanisms in their trust,on the basis of which I further discuss the configuration of the Chinese trust and the societal structural conditions from which it arises.

Abstract: the ideal of gentleman personality is the basic pursuit for cultivation personality in Confucianism.The first thing for the pursuit is the question,how we can learn to become a gentleman? And your studying is for selfness or others?————this is most important thing for Confucianism.Whether for the idea that human nature is good or for the idea that human nature is bad,both provide some metaphysical foundations for gentleman cultivation.The principle of asking to change personal nature provided by philosophers since Song,according to the two kinds of doctrines for human nature,is more strong reason for becoming gentleman.The method for changing human nature is at all to return to self,to find the intrinsic good.For Confucianism,the highest level of gentleman is Zhong Yong,which needs a long process for self cultivation.
