TL;DR: In this article, various copper oxide and copper aluminium oxide (CuAlO 2 ) films were deposited by pulsed magnetron sputtering from loosely packed powder targets, formed from either Cu 2 O and Al 2 O 3 powders, in a rig specifically designed for the purpose, and optical, electrical and structural properties were determined using a range of techniques including spectrophotometry, four-point probe, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.

TL;DR: In this article, hydrogen release due to He-ion bombardment at energies ranging from 0.8 to 2.0 MeV was studied in situ by RBS and the data were analyzed using the statistical model of molecular recombination, and the H-release crosssection and saturation concentration were found to depend strongly on the electronic stopping power of the He-beam and exhibit quadratic dependence on the incident ion energy.
