TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present an analysis of migrant remittances in Sub-Sahara Africa, while paying particular attention to Mali, and conclude that Remittances account for a substantial proportion of the incomes of states and it will likely continue to be an important support for individual families and communities.
Abstract: In the recent years, global flows of remittances have become steadily larger and more important as a source of development finance for developing countries. Remittances provide substantial shares of household incomes and constitute the second largest capital flow to developing countries -behind Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and ahead of Overseas Development Assistance (ODA). In Sub-Sahara Africa, migrant worker remittances have become an important topic in development finance and pro-poor financial services. This paper presents an analysis of migrant remittances in Sub-Sahara Africa, while paying particular attention to Mali. The study concluded that Remittances account for a substantial proportion of the incomes of states and it will likely continue to be an important support for individual families and communities, and local efforts to channel remittances towards infrastructure development and income generation should be encouraged.

Main contents of this paper include a brief introduction on the original idea and practice of industrial archaeology and industrial heritage in Britain, the formation and acceptance process of industrial heritage tourism and the development modes of industrial heritage tourism in Ruhr area. Some issues and points attracting our attention in both research and practice for further discussion have also been put forward in this paper.

TL;DR: Using spatial autocorrelation techniques, the inbound tourism increase in the period of 1996-2004 in China is studied, and the results show that there is no significant global spatial auto-correlation in the data sets of the tourism increase at province level and the patterns are random on the whole except the year of 1997.
Abstract: As an important part of Spatial Statistics, spatial autocorrelation analysis studies the degree to which objects or activities are similar to other objects or activities located nearby at a significance level, and is an efficient means to understand the spatial pattern based on the relation between objects and their neighbours.Using spatial autocorrelation techniques, the inbound tourism increase in the period of 1996-2004 in China is studied, and the results show that there is no significant global spatial autocorrelation in the data sets of the inbound tourism increase at province level and the patterns are random on the whole except the year of 1997;there are one or two significant LISAs every year, and the patterns in the subregions are clustered or dispersed respectively. The number of these patterns are changed during the period above, but from 2001,the number is two stably, namely a clustered one influenced markedly by Shanghai and a dispersed one governed by Guangdong province(α=0.05,two-tailed).

TL;DR: In this paper, the status and the history of the cofferdam reclamation in DongTing Lake are discussed. But the main purpose of the paper is to analyze the importance of the reclaimed a lake from the field.
Abstract: The DongTing Lake wetland is one of the largest lacustrine wetland eco-system in China. There are very plentiful wetland resources. But human's exploitation and utilization unreasonable for a long times, especially lake reclamation land, lead to the wetland's eco-environment destruction. There is frequently flood and waterlogged damage to affect the people production and living in lake area. Thus the he Reclaimed a lake from the field and flood control and disaster reduction, developed the returned field to lake area ecological construction, are benefited to reconstruct wetland ecological function and to protect wetland eco-environment and to develop lake area economics. This paper introduces the status and the history of the cofferdam reclamation in DongTing Lake. The reason and frequency of the flood and waterlogged are discussed in DongTing Lake. The important of the reclaimed a lake from the field is analyzed. According the ecological environment condition of the DongTing lake wetland, the index of the ecological construction of the cofferdam reclamation area of the DongTing Lake is discussed. The exploitation and utilization model of the wetland ecological construction are put forward, which is the model of the biodiversity ecological function area, fresh water fishery ecological function area, scientific expedition and tourism recreational ecological function area, green agriculture exploitation ecological function area and another ecological function area, a lot of question about the wetland ecological function area in Dongting Lake area to exploitation and utilization are stated which should be protective exploitation the wetland ecological environment so as to reach the goal of protecting wetland ecological system, rational exploitation wetland resources and to modernized the sustainable development of the wetland ecological environment to DongTing Lake area.
