Abstract: Objective: To study the clinical significance of Changbian capsules in treating postoperation of colorectal carcinoma. Methods:101 cases of postoperation of colorectal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups: postoperative treatment with medicine group and simply postoperative group.And their postoperative prognosis were observed, including retaining living, transferring of cancer, and dying.Results: The retaining 3 years living rates of Dukes C in both treatment group and control group were respectively 70.83%, 41.66%( P 0.05). The 3 years transferring and dying rates in both groups were respectively 29.16% and 66.66%( P 0.01). Conclusion:Changbi'an capsules may be considered as a sort of assistant treatment medicine on postoperation of colorectal carcinoma.

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of Jieduquyuziyin methods on Corticosteroid Hyperlipemia in patients and its mechanism.Methods:Forty six patients and twenty normal women,according to the difference of therapeutics, they were chosen and divided into four groups: the normal group, the first therapy group, the prednisone group and the TCM group. According to the dosage of the prednisone,they were divided into the lower, middle and higher dosage of prednisone group.The change of the level of serum TC, TG, HDL c, LDL c, VLDL c, Lpa of patients were observed and compared.Results: ①The level of serum TC of the middle and higher dosage of prednisone group were higher than that of the lower dosage of prednisone group ( P 0.05) ;There were no difference in level of serum LDL c, HDL c, VLDL c and Lpa between lower dosage of prednisone group and the normal group ( P 0.05) ;②There were no significant difference in level of all kinds serum index between the normal and first therapy group( P 0.05) ;There were significant difference between TCM group and prednisone group in the level of serum TC and LPa( P 0.05); Conclusion:Jieduquyuziyin methods can prevent and cure corticosteroid hyperlipemia in cases of SLE.

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Xiaokuiling(XKL) on healing chronic gastric ulcer and protecting gastric mucosa in rats.Methods:The rats gastric ulcer was induced by acetic acid.The index of ulcer(UI) was measured by a vernier,and the level of plasma endothlin 1(ET 1) were determined by radiolmmunossay,and the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) around ulcer was detected by immunohistochemical method(SABC),and the microimagine was analysed by MPISA.Results: The UI in XKL group and L Arg group were significantly lower than those in model groupa and L NNA group( P 0.05, P 0.01);the UI in L NNA group was significantly higher than that in model group.The level of plasm ET 1 in L NNA group was obviously higher than those in model group and control group( P 0.01, P 0.01).The express of EGFR in XKL group and L Arg group was significantly increased compared with that in model group( P 0.01),and was extremely increased compared with that in control group( P 0.001).The expression of EGFR in L NNA group was obviously weakened compared with that in model group( P 0.05). Conclusion:XKL can inhibit the release of ET 1 and promote the expression of EGFR around ulcer,so as to protect the gastric mucosa and make ulcer heal up.The effection of XKL on ET 1 and EGFR may be responsible for the synthesis of NO.

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Huanglongganzhixiao decoction on treating Hyperlipdemia Fatty Liver(HFL).Methods:100 cases of HFL were divided into the treated group and control group by random dubble blind way, the former with Huanglongganzhixiao decoction(twice,total a dose daily),the later with Feitenuobei tabs(three times daily, 0.1g each time). Both groups were observed for one treatment period, 8 weeks. The syndrome, level of serum TG,TC,HDL C LDL C and the function of liver were checked, also with liver B us. Results: The total effective rate in treated group was obviously better than that in control group( P 0.05); the level of TG,TC,HDL C,LDL C and ALT in treated group were improved obviously compared to those before treatment( P 0.01); there were marked difference about those indexes between treated group and control group( P 0.05). Conclusion:Huanglongganzhixiao decoction has a better curative effect on HFL.

Abstract: Objective: To observe the curative effect and study its mechanism of acupuncture on cerebral infarction with upper extremity motor disfunction,by using points of scalp and body,yang and yin meridians with healthy side and paralytic side in turn.Methods:55 patients within a week course of cerebral infarction,whose upper extremity moved abnormally,were randomly devided into treatment group and control group.The control group was trenated by normal medicine.Addition to normal medicine,the treatment group was given acupuncture,on choosing points of opposite scalp (the middle 2/5 of movement zone and the middle 2/5 sensitive zone),points of Jianji,Jianyu,Quchi,Waiguan,Hegu,Jiquan,Chize,Neiguan,Dalinadding electro acupun cture,with the paraltic side and healthy side chosen in turn.Patients had been treated for one month.Results: The scores of Fugl Meyer upper extremity motor function in treaatment group was higher than that in control group,which showed that acupuncture improved upper extremity motor more than medicine did.Moreover,compared with the control group,the treatment group could significantly decrease the level of plasma endothelia,fibrinogen,and regulate the level of plasma TXA 2 PGI 2. Conclusion:The acupuncture method can improve cerebral infarction's pathology,provide more blood to brain and protect brain cells,so as to resolve the matter of cerebral infarction's upper extremity motor disfunction.

Abstract: Objective: To invistigate the effect of Panaxatrial(GPT) on the growth of K562 leukemia cells and its cooperation on the sensitivity of chemical medicine.Methods:K562 cells were dealed with different concentrations for 24h,48,72 hours in the culture of liquid,semi solid colony.And the effect of GPT's proliferation and inhibition were observed by cell growth curve and colony forming rate.The cooperation of GPT with chemical medicine was cheked by the way of MTT.Results: Low concentration (10μg/ml,20μg/ml) of GPT could stimulate the proliferation of K562 cells significantly,while middle concentration (50μg/ml) inhibited the proliferation,which showed a sort of time effect reliance.The ability of killing K562 cells could be improved in when treated by GPT together with HHr and Ara c.The rates of inhibition were 88.4±2.7% and 73.8±8.8%,which were obviously higher than those in control groups (49.3±9.3% and 30.1±7.5%)( P 0.01).The rate of inhibition in Vp 16 group with poor sensitivity could also be raised from 10% to 50%. Conclusion:Different dose of GPTs have different function,some promoting while others inhibiting the growth of K562 cells.But all can strenthen the sensitivity of K562 cells to chemical medicine.GPT is the effective component of Ginsenoside to inhibit the leukemia cells.It provides some basis for clinical practive.
