Clinical Observation of Close Thoracic Cavity Drainage and Perfusion of Lentinan Combined with Cisplatin on Treating Lung Cancer with Malignant Pleural Effusion

Abstract: Objective:To explore the curative effect and side effect of close thoracic cavity drainage and perfusion of lentinan combined with cisplatin on treating lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion.Methods:56 cases of lung cancer with malignant Neural effusion were first applied with the cavitv centraI venous catheters and close thoracic cavity drainage.and then perfused lentinan cornbined with cisplatin or cisplatin only.Results:The effective ratio of cases perfused lentinan combined with cisplatin was obviously higher than that of cases perfused with cisplatin only(P0.05).Conclusion:The close thoracic cavity drainage and perfusion of lentinan combined with cisplatin has better effect than cisplatin only on treating lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion.

Clinical Observation of Danhong Injection in Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract: Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Danhong injection in treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods:132 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group(66 cases) and the contrast group(66 cases).The treatment group was treated by 5% glucose or physiological saline(250ml) plus danhong injection(40ml) with mainline one time each day.The contrast group was treated by 5% glucose or physiological saline(250ml) plus fufangdanshen injection(20ml) with mainline one time each day.The period of treatment is 14 days.The clinical curative effect,trauma score of nerve function and change of hemorheology were observed.Results:The parameter of hemorheology and trauma of nerve function were obviously improved(P0.01).The total effect rate and improvement of hemorheology in the treatment group has a significant difference compared with those in the contrast group(P0.01).Conclusion:Conclusion: Danhong injection can improve the parameter of hemorheology and trauma of nerve function of acute cerebral infarction obviously.It has a good curative effect on treating acute cerebral infarction without side effect.

Clinical Observation of Qingkailing Combined with Shengmai Injection in Treating 30 Cases of Acute Alcohol Intoxication

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Qingkailing combined with Shengmai injection in treating acute alcohol intoxication(AAI)Methods:90 cases of acute alcoholism were randomly divided into the treatment group(Qingkailing combined with Shengmai injection group) and the contrast groups(including Naloxone group,Shengmai group and Qingkailing group)All groups were treated by respective medicineThe time of regaining consciousness and that of alleviating symptom were notedThe level of P-EP and SOD in venous blood plasma were measured before and 3h after treatmentResults:The difference of time of regaining consciousness and alleviating symptom in the treatment group and the Naloxone group had no significant meaning(P005)While that in the former groups and the shengmai group, the qingkailing group had significant meaning(P001)The level of β-EP and SOD in the four groups before treatment had no obvious difference(P005)After treatment the level of P-EP was decreased and that of SOD improvedThe difference in the treatment group and the Naloxone group had no obvious meaning(P005)The difference in the former groups and the Shengmai group,the Qingkailing group had obvious meaning(P001)Conclusion:Qingkailing combined with Shengmai injection has same effect as Naloxone in treating AAIBy decreasing the level of β-EP and increasing the level of SOD,Qingkailing combined with Shengmai can be used in the clinical treatment of AAI

Effect of KLT Injection on Immunological Function of Rats with Lewis Lung Cancer

Abstract: Objective:To explore the effect of KLT injection on immunological function of rats with Lewis lung cancer by detecting the activities of TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 in peripheral blood of rats. Methods:50 C57 rats copied with Lewis lung cancer were randomly divided into the model group, the CXT group, the KLT with low dose group, the KLT with middle dose group and the KLT with high dose group. After injecting medicine to abdominal cavity for 15 days, blood were obtained from vein of eyeball and centrifuged. The contents of TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 in blood serum were detected by ELISA. THE index of spleen and thoracic gland were also counted by weighing spleen and thoracic gland. Results:The index of spleen and thoracic gland in the KLT with low dose group, the KLT with middle dose group and the KLT with high dose group were obviously higher than that in the CXT group (P0.05). The contents of TNF-α, JL-1 and IL-6 in blood serum in the KLT with high dose were obviously decreased than that in the model group (P0.05). While the contents of TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 in blood serum in the KLT with low dose group and the KLT with high dose group were significantly improved (P0.05). Conclusion:KLT injection can protect the immunological organ and function when it kills the cell of tumors.

Curative Effect Observation of Brucea Javanica Oil Emulsion Combined with GP Chemotherapy on Treating Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract: Objective:To obverse the clinical curative effect and side effect of brucea Javanica oil emulsion (BJOE) combined with GP chemotherapy on treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods:40 cases of NSCLC were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group. The treatment was treated by BJOE combined with GP chemotherapy and the contrast group by GP chemotherapy only. Results:The effective ratios of the treatment group and the contrast group were 50% and 45% respectively. The difference of two groups had no significant meaning (P0.05). The difference of curative effect had no statistical meaning. The ratio of improved life quality in the treatment group and the contrast group was 75% and 50%. The life quality of the treatment group was obviously improved than that in the contrast group (P0.01). The ratio of enteron response with Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree in the treatment group and the contrast group was 30% and 50%. The difference had significant meaning (P0.01). Conclusion:BJOE has good curative effect on treating advanced NSCLC, especially enhances the life quality, improves symptom and decreases the side effect of chemotherapy.
