Abstract: The scientific literature points out that there are difficulties for the implementation of corporate university models since it is required the management of cultural, behavioral and structural changes, involving all the stakeholders of an organizational system. Among these difficulties, there is the commitment of leaders, definition of corporate education as organizational strategy, corporate university delimitation, identification of products and services, quality requirements and customers that will be suit. Also, promotion of the recognition system and people's reward, the systematization of best practices and error handling; definition of the centralization and decentralization of education activities across network; besides the strategic alignment design, the technologies, partnerships and evaluation of results. The most current studies describe that, to decrease these locks, the implementation must be perceived as an interaction process between the initial conditions and the expected results. That is, the implementation cannot be considered only as the exact moment of decision-making, but rather, it must be understood as a process composed of different steps to be taken to its effectiveness. In this context, this article aims to propose the most contemporary implementation process of a model of corporate university, identified in Scopus database as Corporate University in Network (CUN), taking into account the need for care of the different expectations and stakeholder interests in the organizational ecosystem. For such, a bibliographical research of descriptive end was carried out in which it is the Corporate University in Network model is presented, deepen its strategic rationale and taking them in consideration in the process considered for its implementation. As a result, we described the major stages of evolution towards the CUN model, and we proposed an implementation process, consisting of thirteen interrelated actions in order to achieve the final stage.

Abstract: Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa realizada em Morretes (PR) com o objetivo de investigar a constituicao da subjetividade de criancas pre-escolares atraves da observacao de seus jogos e brincadeiras. Os jogos e brincadeiras foram observados, filmados e em seguida analisados a luz da Psicologia Historico-Cultural. Concluiu-se que a cultura ludica das criancas pesquisadas e atravessada por diferentes universos e signos, como os jogos tradicionais, a televisao e os jogos educativos. Ressalta-se o carater ativo das criancas como produtoras de cultura, como atores sociais que, atraves da imaginacao, combinam diferentes elementos historico-culturais transmitidos pela sociedade. Abstract This article presents the result of a research carried out in the historical city of Morretes (Parana State, Brazil) in 2002, which aimed at investigating the development of the subjectivity of preschool children through the observation of their games and play. The games and play have been observed, recorded and after that analyzed on the light of the Historical-Cultural Psychology. The research was carried out from a qualitative approach and it was concluded that the playful culture of the children from Morretes presents different universes and signs such as the traditional games, television and educational games. It highlights children's active character as producers of culture and as social actors who through imagination combine different historical-cultural elements transmitted by society. Keywords: Play. Abstract: A presente pesquisa discute o ensino de razao como taxa enquanto parte da formacao matematica dos estudantes do ensino fundamental. Nossa investigacao tem como base teorica o Modelo dos Campos Semânticos que nos permitiu, atraves de seus pressupostos, o desenvolvimento da pesquisa de campo e do produto educacional. O estudo teve como objetivo investigar o ensino do tema razao como taxa na sala de aula de matematica do 9o ano do Ensino Fundamental atraves da insercao de tarefas que estimulassem a producao de significados dos estudantes. O Produto Educacional, produzido a partir da pesquisa, resultou em um texto, voltado para o professor, sobre o tema Razao como taxa, indicando a importância do tema e sugerindo tarefas que podem ser utilizadas em salas de aula e em atividades de ensino.

Abstract: The dissemination of the web resources as cognitive tools at distance learning has been fostered a discussion about the aspects that support the educational proposals in virtual environments, the role of students and teachers as well as the pedagogical challenges faced by these actors in the new distance learning context on health. Taking as assumptions that the implementation and appropriation of the information and communication technologies depends on the interrelation between the individuals, socials and organizational characteristics, the aim of this work is to discuss some pedagogical challenges underlying the conception of virtual learning environments as the specification of its actors immerse in an interactive and inter rational process, pointing out some factors that could influence the success of the experiences in online learning for health professionals.
