TL;DR: This study finds that operators to handle complex, imprecise and conflicting situations in relation to abnormal production rely on operational strategies, which are embedded in their work experiences.
Abstract: The manufacturing process of plastic products has been widely used through injection systems, which use templates to produce garments. Growth for different sectors of Brazilian industry is due in large part to the development of new plastic materials and advances in technology of the injection process. This type of technological development has imposed new relations between workers and their work, compared to the processing requirements of traditional models for more dynamic styles. These changes have required the operators of injection molding machines faster ways to act in their jobs. Why result, has imposed on their work activities and greater mental focus required greater use of cognitive strategies for fulfilling their tasks. The aim of this work is to understand how the operators of the thermoplastic injection molding machines in a telephone industry department act on the variability and unpredictability that happen in the exercise of their professional activity. Operators on the influences of variations that occur in the operation of injection molding machines perform actions of regulations to resume normal production. The study was based on research conducted during the period 2011-2013, the Department of injection, an industry condominiums central telephone exchanges, and phones in the metropolitan region of Florianopolis, Santa Catarina. The research is characterized as a case study. Has an initial exploratory phase with the ergonomic analysis of work. Data were analyzed using a qualitative approach. The descriptive content of the manner of the operator in the work activity was made possible through their utterances and analysis of his speech. The methodological procedures used made it possible to understand how the operators act on the failures of the injection process. We highlight problems of abnormalities such as variability and unpredictability in the operation of injection molding machine, mold design incompleteness, changes in temperature, pressure, speed of injecting polymers (raw material), type of raw material (polymer and its format molecular weight distribution), while the production flow, which become aggravating processing conditions, reflecting on factors that influence the emergence of outages and defects in the final production of molded parts. This study finds that these operators to handle complex, imprecise and conflicting situations in relation to abnormal production rely on operational strategies, which are embedded in their work experiences. Thus, the work activity and rescue operators develop cognitive resources that are stored on your practical knowledge. In conclusion the results of this case study those operators mobilize a series of adjustments in the system to accomplish the task and run their

Abstract: This report aims to present the experience of educators in the training process in Educanvisa Project, developed in the municipality of Lucas do Rio Verde/MT in 2012, with the public educators of the Municipal Network for Teaching units of Early Childhood Education and Education Basic. The report is focused on the continuing education of teachers, in order to enable them to become the mediators and multipliers of the subject in classrooms. In this process of continuing education educators underwent indicative talks with health professionals such as nutritionists, pharmacists, nurses, physician and biochemist representative of health monitoring. After acquired the knowledge educators have become multipliers and mediators in schools, making the transfer to other education professionals who have the responsibility to carry the knowledge in the classroom. The transfers are given to students through lectures to health professionals, educational activities - teaching on topics such as: The Health and Health Promotion; The CDC; Medications/Foods; Propaganda Food and Drug Administration guidelines and school community. In this perspective it was taken in 2012, the involvement of 7,601 students, 407 teachers and 15 educational institutions, plus the school community, and these contributors reflect on the bad practice of using drugs and products subject to sanitary surveillance. In this context we observed learning seamlessly between the different actors involved in the process, which enabled the construction of new values and experiences in the collective, aspects that were only possible due to the formation and multiplication of content and experiences in paid collective practice.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyzed the significations of third year high school students about synanthropic animals and extracted pedagogical appointments for the Science and Biology Teachings based on historical-critical pedagogy.
Abstract: This article was based on a master’s thesis research that had as a central question “which propositions for pedagogical practice, in the teaching of Science and Biology, could be elaborated from historical-critical pedagogy, considering the significations of students about synanthropic animals?” and as objective analyzing the significations of third year high school’s students about synanthropic animals and extracting pedagogical appointments for the Science and Biology Teachings. This text develops some dissertation’s analyzes about the role of the school as a means of socializing scientific concepts for a human formation based on social practice. Participants formed dialogue groups about animals of public health relevance. The analysis followed the methodology of nuclei of significations. As results, we found nuclei about emotions and reactions to animals; descriptions of biological characteristics; and the non-scientific cultural symbolic universe. From these analyzes, pedagogical notes were extracted based on the historical-critical pedagogy.
