Socio-education is a set of programs, services and activities developed through the articulation between educational practices, social demands and human rights in order to allow for new stances among youths, without, however, breaking with ethical and social rules. This leads to the understanding that, beyond the judicial process, the socio-educational measure includes a network of actions which, by means of pedagogical and intentional practices, has potential to redefine trajectories marked by offenses and build up new life projects. Managers and professionals responsible for implementing socio-educational services must discuss crystallized and reductionist meanings in order to consider the perpetration of offenses as a complex and multi-determined phenomenon through which socio-educational activities of critical and emancipatory nature can cause transformative breaks.

Abstract: In the construction of a theoretical-methodological instrument, aimed to understand and investigate relational and situated human developmental processes, the notion of dialogism was reached. Seeking to make this notion more explicit, a bibliographical review and reading of bakhtinian propositions were carried out and presented in this study. Theoretical-methodological issues and practical implications were raised during the analysis, which appoint to issues like the place of the otherness in the self and human development. A series of issues concerning the research process is discussed. Finally, a mother-infant interactional episode is analyzed through the concept of dialogism. The analysis appoints to the need of considering the body in the investigation process. It also indicates the search for language notion that goes beyond its verbal dimension and re-conceptualization of culture as discursive practice.

Abstract: Este artigo tem por objetivo apresentar uma perspectiva de analise sobre o processo de trabalho em saude que o considera capaz de producao de procedimentos especializados e atos cuidadores, e tambem como um campo fertil para a producao de sujeitos protagonistas na construcao de um sistema de saude mais justo e de relacoes societais mais democraticas. Trata-se de uma reflexao teorica alimentada por pesquisas desenvolvidas em servicos de atencao basica na regiao da Grande Vitoria. Aborda a centralidade do trabalho na construcao do homem, ressaltando as especificidades do trabalho em saude no seu aspecto relacional. Sugere que o processo de trabalho seja analisado sob a otica do jogo de forcas que se presentifica no cotidiano e valoriza os instrumentos e estrategias metodologicas que incluam os trabalhadores no questionamento daquilo que se produz cotidianamente. Nesse sentido, aponta a necessidade de construcao de espacos coletivos de fala e reflexao sobre o trabalho com a presenca da comunidade, de modo a avancar na construcao de um novo senso comum que conceba a saude nao apenas como ausencia de sintomas, mas como qualificacao da existencia.

Abstract: Partindo do pressuposto de que uma formacao responsiva as demandas educacionais da contemporaneidade deve se voltar para educacao linguistica de professores de todas as areas do conhecimento, capacitando-os a navegar por praticas de letramento cada vez mais inter e indisciplinares, pretendo, neste artigo, desencadear a discussao sobre as caracteristicas de uma educacao e formacao responsavel com base nas minhas respostas as leituras de textos do Circulo de Bakhtin inscritas na singularidade do meu existir-evento como professora, formadora e pesquisadora. Para tal, relaciono a concepcao de educacao responsavel e responsiva aos conceitos de ato responsavel, responsividade, dialogismo, ideologia, palavra autoritaria e internamente persuasiva. Busco, por fim, alinhavar com as concepcoes do Circulo os dialogos travados em um existir-evento concreto: o projeto Praticas de linguagem em diferentes areas do conhecimento na escola publica (PLIEP).
