Abstract: This article involves a reflection about the ways of learning in educational contexts. To attain this objective, it focuses on the relationships between the student and the teacher, considering how the process teaching/learning would occur if both partners developed a sensitive listening. Also the many contributions about the learning styles and how this knowledge could help the educative process are analyzed. As a conclusion, it is discussed that learning results from the dialogue between knowledge and curiosity, in a dialogue that goes through an emphatic relation between student and teacher. It is also explained that our subject is a dialectic relation between the teaching and learning processes, since this is the context that supports the occurrence of true learning, as a result of the feeling of identification between pairs, what is the basis of sensitive listening.

Abstract: Este estudo observou e analisou a presenca do ludico no fazer educacional das professoras das escolas infantis das redes publica e particular da cidade de Sao Jose do Rio Preto. Por meio de pesquisas bibliografica e empirica, foram abordadas escolas distribuidas nos quatro setores da cidade, nas quais se realizou, primeiramente, uma observacao sistematizada e posteriormente a aplicacao de um questionario junto as professoras. O principal objetivo foi verificar se no cotidiano escolar das unidades de ensino infantil envolvidas na pesquisa havia ou nao situacoes de utilizacao de atividades ludicas, planejamento das atividades ou seu uso aleatorio, assim como a compreensao das professoras acerca do brincar na educacao infantil. Os dados coletados foram tratados de modo comparativo entre os dois modelos de escolas compreendidas nos setores publico e privado, o que possibilitou tracar um percurso do ludico na educacao infantil e no fazer pedagogico das professoras que, na epoca, atuavam nos distintos segmentos com a respectiva faixa etaria.

Abstract: To broach the prevention of health damages in the school context integrates the public policies rules when health education is established as a transversal subject-matter in the Brazilian elementary education. The study had the purpose of describing the use of playing activities as a preventive strategy against children accidents in the school context. It was an experience report with 26 first grade infant education students from Yolanda Queiroz Application School, in Fortaleza, Brazil. The data were collected by means of observation and participation in playing activities such as games, drawings, infant stories. The results showed that the children’s drawings and talks about the accidents and their prevention met the learning expectations. It is considered that the use of playing activities is an option to arise the children creativeness halved by the cultural group language, thus allowing the construction of essential concepts for understanding the ways of preventing childhood accidents.
