Abstract: Entre as contribuicoes da psicologia historico-cultural de Vigotski para a educacao destacam-se aquelas que fazem referencia as condicoes analisadas no contexto da defectologia. Esse artigo identifica algumas destas contribuicoes para a intervencao educacional junto a pessoas com deficiencia. Para tanto, sao revisados estudos fundamentados em Vigotski que apontam subsidios para a educacao de pessoas com deficiencia intelectual, surdez, surdocegueira, entre outras condicoes. Com vista a aprofundar os aportes vigotskianos para educacao de pessoas com cegueira, analisa-se o conceito de sistemas psicologicos e seu valor para a reflexao sobre a intervencao educativa no contexto da deficiencia visual. Conclui-se este estudo ressaltando-se que os aportes de Vigotski trazem a tona pistas concretas para a implementacao de experiencias educacionais que favorecam a autonomia e a cidadania das pessoas com deficiencia visual.

Abstract: Resumo Este artigo aborda o processo saude-doenca do trabalhador docente. O objetivo da pesquisa foi verificar as relacoes entre o processo de trabalho docente, as condicoes sob as quais ele se desenvolve e o possivel adoecimento fisico e mental dos professores em uma universidade federal. Para tanto, foi conduzida uma pesquisa exploratoria junto a 189 professores. Os resultados mostram que os docentes apresentam exaustao emocional, considerando a elevada manifestacao de sintomas tais como nervosismo, estresse, cansaco mental, esquecimento, insonia, entre outros. Os dados obtidos nos permitem afirmar que os depoimentos analisados constituem sinteses da propria forma como a universidade tem se colocado na sociedade, bem como assumido seu papel e construido sua propria identidade, interferindo na saude dos/as professores/as. Abstract This article deals with the process of health-disease of professor workers. The aim was to verify the relations among the process of the professor work, the conditions under which it is developed and the possible physical and mental illnesses of professors in a federal university in Brazil. A survey was conducted with 189 professors. The results show that the professors present emotional distress, considering the high manifestation of symptoms such as nervousness, stress, mental fatigue, forgetfulness, insomnia, among others. The data obtained allow us to state that the analyzed testimonies constitute the synthesis of the way the university has acted in the society, as well as assuming its role and building up its own identity, interfering with the health of professors. Abstract: This article discusses how the concept of activity, understood as the unit of analysis of human development, can support the teacher s work in the organization of teaching, according to the theoretical and methodological assumptions of culturalhistorical psychology. For this purpose, it discusses the appropriation processes of human culture and the role of the collective work in the subject constitution, highlighting the teaching activity as an achievement way of school education. In this sense, the text presents and discusses the potential of the concept of Teaching Guiding Activity which, as it is planned and developed from elements of Activity need, motive, objectives, actions and operations, enables the development of subjects’ psychism in activity. Abstract: La supervision y promocion del desarollo infantil son cuidados necesarios a los ninos que frequentan jardines infantiles y pre-escolares. Las organizaciones de salud internacionales y nacionales tienem sistematizado estrategias para tal, pero en jardines infantiles y pre-escolares brasilenas esa acion es poco realizada. OBJETIVO: evaluar por el segundo ano consectivo, habilidades de las areas de lenguaje y personal-social de uma cohorte de ninos que frecuentan 3 jardines infantiles de la ciudad de Sao Paulo. METODO: el grupo estudiado fue conformado por 30 ninos desde los cero hasta los cuatro anos, de nivel-socio economico homogeneo segun instrumento para evaluacion de nivel de pobreza urbana. Segun este instrumento todas las familias estaban en la faja superior de clasificacion. Para evaluacion del desarollo fue utilizado el Test de Triage de Desarollo de Denver II, empleado en dos momentos distintos en el primer ano de acompanhamiento de la cohorte y una vez en el segundo ano. RESULTADOS: en el area personal-social la mejora fue significativa de la 1a para la 2a evaluacion, lo que no ocurrio en el area de lenguaje a lo largo de las 2 evaluaciones. Por lo tanto, a partir de los 3 anos de edad los ninos pasaron a obtener resultados peores. En cuanto a los sexos no hubo diferencias significativas en los desempenhos de las dos areas. CONCLUSION: es possible que las habilidades de los ninos en el area personal-social hayan sido incrementadas por las condiciones de las instituiciones, lo que no ocurrio en el area de lenguaje. No se puede afirmar la causa de estos acontecimientos, aunque sea intrigante la proporcion adulto/nino que disminuye despues de que los ninos cumplen 3 anos de edad, pero otras investigaciones son necesarias aun la continuidad de esta cohorte.

Abstract: We present a theoretical-methodological approach which proposies a semiotic network of meanings to analyse human development. This network structures the milieu/moyen which, at each moment and situation, captures and frames each person's behavioral flow, rendering it meaningful in that context. Thus, it acts as a mediator of development in the interactive situation. Persons and network of meanings are mutually and continuously transformed. Those changes are canalised by the context's physical and social characteristics in a dynamic segmentation and combination of fragments of discursive and ideological formations, past and present experiences, and future expectations. With that perspective, we tried to apprehend the co-construction and mutual transformations of individuals in specific situations, encompassing interactions, contexts, roles attributed or assumed by the participants, and cultural meanings which guide the development of persons and situations. Although it was initially designed to study the adaptation of babies to day-care, this approach is proposed for the analysis of various situations.
