TLDR
Phylogenetic analysis of SSU and LSU rDNA sequences showed that the new species and thus genus Amarenographium grouped consistently with Medicopsis romeroi with high bootstrap support and form a basal clade to the families: Montagnulaceae and Trematosphaeriaceae, order Pleosporales, Dothideomycetes.

Families of Dothideomycetes

Kevin D. Hyde, +72 more
- 10 Dec 2013 -
TL;DR: Dothideomycetes comprise a highly diverse range of fungi characterized mainly by asci with two wall layers (bitunicate asci) and often with fissitunicate dehiscence, and it is hoped that by illustrating types they provide stimulation and interest so that more work is carried out in this remarkable group of fungi.

Guo Jie Li, +164 more
- 23 May 2016 -
TL;DR: This paper is a compilation of notes on 142 fungal taxa, including five new families, 20 new genera, and 100 new species, representing a wide taxonomic and geographic range.

Nalin N. Wijayawardene, +96 more
- 01 Sep 2017 -
TL;DR: This work is intended to provide the foundation for updating the ascomycete component of the “Without prejudice list of generic names of Fungi” published in 2013, which will be developed into a list of protected generic names.

Classification of marine Ascomycota, Basidiomycota, Blastocladiomycota and Chytridiomycota

TL;DR: The Halosphaeriaceae remains the largest family of marine fungi with 141 species in 59 genera, while the most specious genera are Aspergillus, Penicillium and the yeast genus Candida.

Revision of the Massarineae (Pleosporales, Dothideomycetes).

TL;DR: Ten new genera, 22 new species, and seven new combinations are described and illustrated, and the morphological and ecological features are summarised, and clarified the accepted members of each family.
