Analisis Pola Asuh Demokratis terhadap Perkembangan Sosial dan Emosional Anak di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract: Anak dalam tumbuhkembangnya sangat membutuhkan asuhan dari orang tua. Pola asuh yang digunakan orang tua sangat menentukan perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali secara detail apakah terdapat hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan aspek sosial emosional siswa selama masa pandemi Covid-19 di Payakumbuh. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan populasi penelitian orang tua dari anak usia dini di Payakumbuh. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposivesampling. Tersebar di tiga kecamatan dengan sampling 125 orang tua di Payakumbuh. Pengumpulan data berupa angket dan wawancara. Berdasar analisis data memperlihatkan adanya pengaruh pola asuh terhadap sosial emosional anak pada masa pandemi Covid-19 . Dari kajian didapatkan hasil bahwasanya pola asuh demokrasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap perkembangan kemampuan sosial anak selama masa pandemi Covid-19 . Pola asuh ini berpengaruh memberi kesempatan dan kebebasan kepada anak memilih tindakan dan pendekatan tulus, menumbuhkan sikap serta kebiasaan seperti kerjasama, saling menghormati, toleransi dan tanggung jawab, karena dapat mengembangkan perkembangan sosial dan emosional. Merasa dicintai, dihargai, aman, kompeten, dan mengoptimalkan kemampuannya

Abstract: Bold learning during Covid-19 causes a decrease in the quality of linguistic abilities in children because teachers cannot convey material contextually. This study aimed to analyze learning models that can be used to develop post-pandemic early childhood language skills or through face-to-face learning. This type of research is qualitative research, in which the study is carried out to understand events regarding what happened to a research subject. This phenomenological research approach seeks to let reality naturally in the research place at Nyai Ahmad Dahlan Kindergarten, Yogyakarta. The study results indicate a learning model to develop early childhood language by departing from changes in early childhood behavior in learning. Behavioral changes that lead to learning with an activity-based learning approach and multi-media-multi-method are the solutions offered in this study to improve children's language development. It contributes to the knowledge of the learning model in the post-Covid-19 pandemic toward early childhood language development.

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan tentang variabel parenting stress pada orang tua anak usia dini yang bekerja di Kecamatan Lima Kaum melalui metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantiatif merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan data-data numerical (angka) yang diolah melalui metode statistika. Populasi dan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik proposional random sampling melalui nomogram harry king. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa parenting stress pada orang tua anak usia dini di kecamatan lima kaum masuk kepada kategori sedang. Orang tua yang bekerja menghabiskan waktu ditempat kerjanya juga masih dapat memaksimalkan pengasuhan melalui bantuan orang lain seperti keluarga dekat maupun tempat penitipan anak dan memaksimalkan kesempatan yang ada bersama anak dengan selalu mengikuti tahapan perkembangan anak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu parenting stress orang tua anak usia dini yang bekerja di kecamatan lima kaum masuk kepada kategori sedang.

Abstract: Women who hold two roles at once, namely working while taking care of the household, need good time management to balance work affairs and build quality interactions with other family members. This research was conducted to determine how women's communication patterns with double burdens shape adolescent behavior. A descriptive qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach was used to understand the problem under study. The informants in this study were working mothers who had teenage children and lived in Selesai Subdistrict, Langkat Regency. The study found that some women with a double burden struggle to communicate with children. Regarding the application of communication patterns, it was found that mothers do not peg on one communication pattern only but use several communication patterns tailored to each purpose and benefit but tend to lead to one of the dominant communication patterns. It can be concluded that the correct communication patterns mothers apply can shape positive adolescent behavior.
