The sagger automatic material sucking device comprises a rack, a sagger conveying roller driving mechanism, a sagger front clamping mechanism, a sagger rear clamping mechanism, a material sucking tube, a material sucking tube displacement movement mechanism and a sagger channel opening and closing mechanism. The rack is fixedly connected with a sagger conveying roller front supporting beam and a sagger conveying roller rear supporting beam, a front protective housing is arranged at the right end of the sagger conveying roller front supporting beam, and a rear protective housing is arranged at the right end of the sagger conveying roller rear supporting beam. The sagger conveying roller driving mechanism is arranged on the rack and is connected with a sagger conveying roller chain wheel. The sagger front clamping mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the front protective housing. The sagger rear clamping mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the rear protective housing. The material sucking tube is fixed on the material sucking tube displacement movement mechanism, and the material sucking tube displacement movement mechanism is arranged in the rear protective housing. Abstract: The invention discloses a sagger automatic weighing feeding device for an electronic kiln automatic production line and belongs to the technical field of electronic kiln matched facilities. The electronic kiln automatic production line comprises a sagger automatic conveying mechanism which comprises a pair of sagger conveying roller pivoting supporting beams and a sagger conveying roller set. The sagger automatic weighing feeding device comprises a machine frame, a material storage hopper, an automatic material conveying mechanism, a weighing hopper, a pair of sagger seizing mechanisms and a pair of sagger walking limiting mechanisms. The machine frame comprises a pair of machine frame front side stand column and back side stand column, a machine frame top sealing plate, an upper bracket and a lower bracket. The material storage hopper is fixed on the machine frame top sealing plate. The automatic material conveying mechanism is arranged on the upper bracket and is connected with the material storage hopper. The upper portion of the weighing hopper is connected with the automatic material conveying mechanism, and the lower portion of the weighing hopper is connected with a weighing hopper discharging control mechanism which is provided with a weighing metering sensor. The weighing metering sensor is fixed on the lower bracket. The pair sagger seizing mechanisms is arranged on the pair of sagger conveying roller pivoting supporting beams. The pair of sagger walking limiting mechanisms is arranged on a supporting beam supporting connecting frame. The number of auxiliary devices is reduced, and space is effectively saved.

Abstract: The invention relates to a full-automatic sagger quantitative-filling machine. The full-automatic sagger quantitative-filling machine comprises a roller bed support arranged in an open rectangle shape. A box body support is arranged on the upper side of the front end of the roller bed support. An automatic traying and trowelling device is arranged at the left corner of the front side of the roller bed support. An automatic weighing and feeding device is arranged above the automatic traying and trowelling device. An automatic gridding device fixed to the box body support is arranged at the right side of the automatic traying and trowelling device. A sagger locating mechanism is arranged on the roller bed support and located below the automatic gridding device. An automatic locating and steering device located below a roller bed conveying device is arranged at the corner, at the right side of the sagger locating mechanism, of the roller bed support. Automatic clamping locating and conveying devices fixed to the roller bed support are arranged on the rear side of the automatic locating and steering device, the left side of the automatic gridding device and the rear side of the automatic traying and trowelling device respectively. The full-automatic sagger quantitative-filling machine is reasonable in structural design, manual operation is avoided, and the influence of dust on people and the surroundings in production is avoided thoroughly.

The weighing device comprises a frame which is sequentially equipped with a storage hopper, a first weighing hopper, a second weighing hopper and a receiving box from top to bottom. The feed inlet of the first weighing hopper is disposed right below the discharge outlet of the storage hopper, the feed inlet of the second weighing hopper is disposed right below the discharge outlet of the first weighing hopper, and the feed inlet of the receiving box is disposed right below the discharge outlet of the second weighing hopper. A storage hopper feeding valve is arranged at the discharge outlet of the storage hopper, a connecting end of the storage hopper feeding valve is connected with a storage hopper feeding screw, and a connecting end of the storage hopper feeding screw is connected with an output shaft of a storage hopper feeding motor fixed to the frame. A first weighing hopper feeding valve is arranged at the discharge outlet of the first weighing hopper, and the first weighing hopper feeding valve is connected with a first weighing hopper feeding screw. The weighing device has a simple structure, can be used to weigh powder and powder particle mixtures for press-forming refractory bricks, and is higher in weighing accuracy. The weighing device is applicable to automatic transformation of the refractory brick production line. By adopting the device, the quality of products can be improved, and the working environment can be improved.

The sagger automatic continuous charging device comprises a rack, a spiral material conveying tube, a material storage box and a power transmission mechanism. The rack is supported on a terrace. The spiral material conveying tube is fixed on the top of the rack, a screw rod shaft is matched in a tube cavity of the spiral material conveying tube, and a spiral sheet is formed on the screw rod shaft. A closed end is formed at the left end of the spiral material conveying tube, and an opened end is formed at the right end of the spiral material conveying tube. The material storage box is fixedly connected with the top of the rack, and the bottom of a material storage box cavity is communicated with the tube cavity of the spiral material conveying tube. The power transmission mechanism is connected with the screw rod shaft.
