TLDR
In this article, the authors showed that PANI-HCSA has a more expanded coillike conformation in m-cresol, p-Cresol and 2-chlorophenol than in chloroform, NMP, DMF and benzyl alcohol.
Abstract
Spectroscopic results indicate that camphorsulfonic acid-doped polyaniline (PANI-HCSA) has a more expanded coillike conformation in m-cresol, p-cresol, 2-chlorophenol, 2-fluorophenol and 3-ethylphenol than in chloroform, NMP, DMF and benzyl alcohol. With the UV/Vis/near IR spectroscopic method, one can easily choose an appropriate solvent to process PANI-HCSA into a highly conductive form

On the mechanism of conductivity enhancement in poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) film through solvent treatment

TL;DR: In this article, a poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) film is enhanced by more than 100 fold on adding some organic compounds into aqueous solutions or by treating it with organic solvents, such as ethylene glycol, 2-nitroethanol, methyl sulfoxide or 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone.

Processible conjugated polymers: from organic semiconductors to organic metals and superconductors

TL;DR: In this article, the authors discuss synthetic routes to principal conjugated polymers such as poly(acetylene), polyheterocyclic polymers, poly( p -phenylene vinylene)s, aromatic poly(azomethine)s and poly(aniline) with special emphasis on the preparation of solution (and in some cases thermally) processible polyconjugated systems.

Shape and aggregation control of nanoparticles: not shaken, not stirred.

TL;DR: A new aggregation mechanism is proposed in which aggregation is triggered by heterogeneous nucleation, which may prove to be of great value in reproducibly synthesizing nanoparticles with well-controlled sizes and shapes and in effectively preventing aggregation in chemical, pharmaceutical, and materials production processes.
