Abstract: The invention discloses a composite cementitious material, which is prepared from the following raw materials including cement, ore powder, fly ash, gypsum, lime, sodium carbonate and water reducing agents. The prepared composite cementitious material has the advantages that under the condition of the same intensity requirements, the consumption of the cement is greatly reduced; the environment pollution in the cement production process is relieved; meanwhile, on the premise of the same consumption of the cement and the composite cementitious material, the intensity of the material is 2 times or moe of that of the cement; in addition, the most of the raw materials used in the production process of the material is solid waste, so that the product has better economic advantages than the cement.

Abstract: The invention discloses a metal mine cementing filling method of an environment-friendly cementitious material. The metal mine cementing filling method of the environment-friendly cementitious material comprises the following steps that (1) a filling site is prepared; (2) the environment-friendly cementitious material is prepared; (3) filling slurry is mixed preliminarily; (4) the filling slurry is stirred for the second time; and (5) filling is conducted. Solid waste resources such as mineral powder and coal ash are utilized to be made into the environment-friendly cementitious material, theenvironment-friendly cementitious material is applied to cementing filling of a metal mine, and a mine filling construction process adopting cement can be replaced. The metal mine cementing filling method is safe and reliable; unattended continuous filling can be achieved; the construction efficiency is improved and the cost is saved while the cement consumption amount is decreased greatly; and the construction method is environmentally friendly.

Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing self-leveling and self-compacting cement by blending industrial and building wastes. The self-leveling and self-compacting cement comprises the followingraw materials in percentage by weight: 20-75 wt% of cement clinker, 1.25-5 wt% of gypsum, 19.85-75 wt% of a mixture and 0.15-0.25 wt% of a powdery polycarboxylate superplasticizer, wherein the mixture comprises one or a plurality of materials selected from slag, coal slag, a dust collector recovery material and solid building waste, the dust collector recovery material comprises one or a plurality of materials selected from coal ash, rice hull ash and silica fume, and the solid building waste comprises one or a plurality of materials selected from brick blocks, concrete blocks and masonry sand. According to the invention, the compressive strength, the flexural strength, the impermeability and the durability of the cement can be improved, the building requirements of flexural strength, compressive strength, impermeability and durability of a mixture-doped cement product are met, and the aims of eliminating solid building wastes, realizing sustainable development of national construction, saving resources, being environment-friendly, reducing the cost, ensuring the quality and the like are fulfilled.

Abstract: The invention discloses a cementing material for cemented fill mining of mines and a preparation method for the cementing material. The cementing material is prepared by mixing 100 weight parts of component A and 5 to 35 weight parts of component B, wherein the component A consists of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 80 to 100 percent of ground slag, 0 to 20 percent of flyash and 0 to 10 percent of cement clinker or rapid hardening cement; and the component B consists of the following raw materials in part by weight: 100 parts of lime and/or gypsum, 0 to 10 parts of reinforcing agent, 0 to 5 parts of water reducer and 0 to 20 parts of one or more of sodium silicate, sodium carbonate and aluminum potassium disulfate dodecahydrate. The cementing material can be used for mines mined by a cemented method, can realize full tailing filling of magnetite, and magnetite and red iron ore associated mine, and has the characteristics of high strength of cemented filling body, small cement sand ratio, low cost, nontoxicity, safety and the like.
