Determinants of satisfaction among social entrepreneurs in e-Government services

In this article, the authors investigated the satisfaction of social entrepreneurs in e-Government service delivery and provided recommendations for policymakers to focus on their satisfaction with eGovernment intermediaries for sustainable inclusion into the digital mainstream, and established the intervening role of process and government support for enhancing the social entrepreneur's economic wellbeing.
