Homo- und Hetero-Metall-Amide des Tris(tert-butylamino)methylsilans – Polycyclen und Cluster mit Li, Na, Mg, Al und Tl
TL;DR: In this article, the trisamide MeSi(tBuNAlMe2)3 (3) is obtained by complete substitution of the amino hydrogen atoms in tris(tert-butyl-amino)methylsilane.
Journal ArticleDOI
Experimental Charge Density Studies of Cyclotetrasilazane and Metal Complexes Containing the Di‐ and Tetraanion
TL;DR: In this paper, the tetraanion [Me2SiN]4 was synthesized to investigate the nature of the covalent Si-N single bond in the presence of various metals.
Journal ArticleDOI
Vom Lithium-Derivat des Aminodi-tert-butylfluorsilans zu Cyclodi-, -tri- und -tetrasilazanen
TL;DR: The lithium derivative of Amino-di-tert-butylfluorosilane (CMe3)2 SiFNH2 reacts with BuLi in hexane to give the lithium derivative 1, which crystallizes from TMEDA with formation of the dimer.
Journal ArticleDOI
Lithium-bis(silyl)amide und Tris(silyl)amine Synthese und Kristallstrukturen
TL;DR: In this paper, the lithium derivatives of 3 and 4 are dimers forming an (LiFSiN)2-eight-membered ring (6, 7a) using 12 crown-4 the amide and the coordinated lithium are forming free ions (7 c), the lithium derivative of 5 (8) crystallizes as a dimeric LiF-adduct of an iminosilane.
