Abstract: A drying-method sand making device and a process relate to the field of sand making technology. The device includes: a jaw crusher, an impact crusher, a first grading screen, a drying-method sand making machine, a second grading screen and a concentrated dust collecting system. The production process comprises the steps: a stone material in a stone material bin is evenly fed into the jaw crusher through a feeder for a first rough crushing, the crushed material is transported to the impact crusher for a second fine crushing, the crushed material goes into the first grading screen for grading, sandstones with the size of less than 40 mm are fed to the drying-method sand making machine through a conveyor for crushing and sand making, and broken stones with the size of more than 40 mm are returned to the impact crusher; the sandstones going into the drying-method sand making machine are transported to the second grading screen for grading after being crushed by the drying-method sand making machine, sand with the size of less than 3 mm is directly fed into a finished product sand bin, and a stone material with the size of more than 3 mm is afresh returned to the drying-method sand making machine for crushing. The produced machine-made sand has good particle shape and high finished product rate, and can meet the technical index of high-performance concrete on the machine-made sand.

Abstract: The invention relates to a production system and a production method of machine-made gravels. The production system comprises a feed hopper, a feeding machine, an early crushing system and a medium crushing system, wherein the feed hopper is used for delivering an aggregate into the feeding machine; the early crushing system is used for early crushing the aggregate; the medium crushing system is used for crushing the aggregate again; a gravel making machine for further crushing the aggregate is arranged behind the medium crushing system; a first screen is arranged behind the gravel making machine and is used for outputting the aggregate meeting a first particle size section; the aggregate not meeting the first particle size section is shaped by a gradation adjustment system and then returned to the gravel making machine; and all modules are connected with one another by virtue of an aggregate conveying system. By adopting the production system and the production method of the machine-made gravels, the output of the machine-made gravels meeting a required fineness modulus can be improved by controlling reasonable gradation, and the quality of the machine-made gravels is improved by reducing the content of flat and elongated particles by the gravel making machine.

Abstract: The invention belongs to the field of quartz sand production, and particularly relates to a processing technique of quartz sand. The invention aims to provide the processing technique of high-quality quartz sand, which has the advantages of low energy consumption and good product grain shape and particle size distribution. In order to solve the problem, the processing technique adopts the technical scheme that the processing technique comprises the steps of crushing, making sand, sieving and classifying. According to the processing technique, the operating principle that the crushing, grinding and classifying techniques are matched is fully used, continuous sieving and classifying is realized through process design, a series of 6 to 400-mesh products of more than 6 specifications can be stably produced, the average energy consumption is controlled to be 90 to 110 kW.h/t, the recovery rate of finished products is greater than or equal to 85%, and the comprehensive utilization rate of resources reaches more than 98%. The high-quality quartz sand obtained by adopting the processing technique can satisfy the production requirements of artificial quartz.

Abstract: The invention relates to a sand making production system, comprising a sand making machine, a dust removing chamber, a dust collector and an air-blast system, wherein a charging opening of the dust removing chamber is connected with a discharging opening of the sand making machine, an air inlet of the dust removing machine is connected with the air-blast system, and an air outlet of the dust removing chamber is connected with the dust collector. According to the sand making production system, by virtue of the dispersing effect of the sand making machine used for throwing materials, no vibrator feeder or material dispersing device is needed for dispersing materials; and therefore, the sand making production system is simple in structure, can save equipment and energy source and occupies a small space.

The artificial sandstone aggregate production system comprises a crushing unit and a dust suppression and removing device arranged above the crushing unit. The dust suppression and removing device comprises a dust collection hood and a dust removing device. A dust suction port and a dust discharge port are arranged on the dust collection hood. The dust suction port of the dust collection hood is covered above a dust port of the crushing unit. The dust discharge port of the dust collection hood is connected with the inlet of the dust removing device through a pipeline. With the method, dust escaping and spreading during an artificial sandstone aggregate processing process are reduced, and environment pollution is reduced.

Abstract: The invention provides a machine-made sand production process, in which a stone material is successively processed through following devices comprising: a material feeding machine, a jaw crusher, a conveyor, a sand making machine, a conveyor, a vibrating sieve, a sand washer or a conveyor, a conveyor or a turning-back mechanism for feeding the material to the sand making machine, wherein the finished product is obtained after the stone material processed through the devices. Finally a finish product is produced through the whole process. The jaw crusher includes a shell body, a reduction gearbox, a hammer head, a rotor, a guide cone cylinder, a lifting tube, a material conveying tube, a turbine rotor, a smashing motor and a classification motor. The machine-made sand production process is simple and smooth. The crushed sand can satisfy a small granular size standard, can save labor intensity and material resources, and is free of a loading and unloading process by manual work or mechanical work.
