Synthesis and characterization of polyaniline dispersions

TL;DR: In this article, the PANI dispersions were deposited in the form of the film on indium-tin-oxide (ITO) coated glass by dip-coating and the morphology of these PANIs have been studied by scanning electron micrograph (SEM), optical absorption by UV-VIS spectroscopy and the cyclic voltammetry properties of these films in non-aqueous electrolyte (0.01m HCl/acetonitrile) and the interesting results are reported in this communication.

Intercalation of Conductive Polyaniline in the Mesostructured V2O5

TL;DR: In this article, mesoporous V2O5/PANI (polyaniline) nanocomposites with lamellar and wormlike structures and fibrous morphologies were synthesized.

Synthesis, characterization and electrochromic properties of a conducting copolymer of pyrrole functionalized polystyrene with pyrrole

TL;DR: In this article, a polystyrene (PSt) based polymer containing at one end-chain 3,5-dibromobenzene moiety, prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP), was modified in two reaction steps.

Charge transfer complex-forming dyes incorporated in solid polymer electrolyte for optical humidity sensing

TL;DR: In this article, a mechanism is proposed for the changes observed in the optical properties of such films by the variation of humidity, which is known to be a good proton conductor.

Preparation of poly(vinyl phosphate-b-styrene) copolymers and its blend with PPO as proton exchange membrane for DMFC applications

TL;DR: In this paper, a block copolymer with poly(vinyl phosphate- b -styrene) block copolerant poly(VPP-b -St)/PPO blend membranes was measured in terms of proton conductivity, methanol permeability, thermal and hydrolytic stability.

Flexible light-emitting diodes made from soluble conducting polymers

TL;DR: In this paper, a flexible polyethylene terephthalate (PET) based light-emitting diodes (LEDs) were constructed from conjugated polymers, using poly(ethylene-terephthalates) as the substrate, soluble poly-aniline as the hole-injecting electrode, substituted poly(1,4-phenylene-vinylene) as electroluminescent layer and calcium as the electron-injection top contract.

Applications of electroactive polymers

TL;DR: In this article, electrical and electrochemical properties of ion conducting polymers are discussed. But they do not consider the properties of polymers with polymer electrolytes, as they do in this paper.
