Evolution and Development of Wireless Communication System

TL;DR: This paper will throw the light on evolution and the development of various generations of mobile wireless technology with their significance and advantages over one another, and introduce the fundamental wireless mobile communication for future or next generation technology.
Abstract: The advance implementation of 5G technology are being made on the development of WWW (World Wide Web). In this paper we will throw the light on evolution and the development of various generations of mobile wireless technology with their significance and advantages over one another. In past decades, wireless technologies have been classified according to their generations. As 5G is not officially in use but it will offer the services like documentation, electronic transactions such as e-payments, e-transactions etc. Researches in the technology will open a new epoch in mobile communication systems since last few years. The paper is particularly created to introduce the fundamental wireless mobile communication for future or next generation technology. The upcoming mobile technology will support IPv6 and flat IP. The main focus of fifth generation is on VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol).

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a compact wideband microstrip band pass filter for 3.5GHz with excellent performance for the next generation mobile standards “5G”, which is based on a rectangular T-Shaped resonator.
Abstract: In this paper, we introduce a compact wideband microstrip band pass filter for 3.5GHz, with excellent performance for the next generation mobile standards “5G”. The frequency band also includes the frequencies of the WIMAX (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access) and WLAN (wireless local area network) applications. The proposed band pass filter is based on a rectangular T-Shaped resonator. Their dimensions are equal to 9×5mm2. The proposed compact microstrip band pass filter has been designed by software CST Microwave Studio using FR4 substrate having relative permittivity (e r ) of 4.3. This filter has a center frequency of 4,75GHz and 3dB bandwidth from 3 to 6GHz, an insertion loss low than 1dB, a return loss better than 30dB and also a fractional bandwidth more than 70%. This results are in good agreement with those accomplished by Advanced Design System “ADS”.

TL;DR: In this paper , a comparative study of throughput prediction for multimedia IoT in wireless networks is conducted and the results show that AR algorithm has better performance in predicting throughput than MA and ARIMA.
Abstract: Wireless networks have been overgrown in recent years. In improving the quality of wireless networks, many studies have been conducted on many ways to improve the wireless network’s QoS (Quality of Service). The things that become the measurement of QoS are throughput, delay, jitter, and error rate. Predicting the throughput is an excellent way to improve the QoS. The result of throughput prediction helps to select the bitrate automatically and minimizes rebuffering. In this paper, we conduct a comparative study of throughput predictions for multimedia IoT in wireless networks. Then we experiment by collecting datasets, processing the data, and then predicting throughput data. We collect data from transmission data in the form of images from the ESP32-Cam to the Server. The throughput prediction uses Autoregressive (AR), Moving Average (MA), Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average, and (ARIMA). The result of this paper is AR algorithm has better performance in predicting throughput.

TL;DR: This paper will throw light on the evolution and development of various generations of mobile wireless technology along with their significance and advantages of one over the other.
Abstract: Wireless communication is the transfer of information over a distance without the use of enhanced electrical conductors or "wires”. The distances involved may be short (a few meters as in television remote control) or long (thousands or millions of kilometers for radio communications). When the context is clear, the term is often shortened to "wireless". It encompasses various types of fixed, mobile, and portable two-way radios, cellular telephones, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), and wireless networking. In this paper we will throw light on the evolution and development of various generations of mobile wireless technology along with their significance and advantages of one over the other. In the past few decades, mobile wireless technologies have experience 4 or 5 generations of technology revolution and evolution, namely from 0G to 4G. Current research in mobile wireless technology concentrates on advance implementation of 4G technology and 5G technology. Currently 5G term is not officially used. In 5G researches are being made on development of World Wide Wireless Web (WWWW), Dynamic Adhoc Wireless Networks (DAWN) and Real Wireless World.

TL;DR: 4G is the short name of fourth generation of wireless /mobile communication that will enable things like IP –based voice, data, gamming services & high quality streamed multimedia on portable devices with cable modem like transmission speed.
Abstract: The better the technology, the more user friendly it becomes. This is what 4G brings to us than 3G. 4G provides us 3 times faster speed than 3G technology.4G is the short name of fourth generation of wireless /mobile communication That will enable things like IP –based voice, data, gamming services & high quality streamed multimedia on portable devices with cable modem like transmission speed. The expectation for the 4G technology is basically the high quality audio/video streaming over end to end Internet Protocol. Third generation mobile, data rates are 384 Kbps (download) maximum, typically around 200kbps, and 64kbps upload. These are comparable to home broadband connections. Fourth generation mobile communications will have higher data transmission rates than 3G. 4G mobile data transmission rates are planned to be up to 100 Mbps on the move and 1Gbps stationary, this is a phenomenal amount of bandwidth, only comparable to the bandwidth workstations get connected directly to a LAN.
